Unlike some other dealers in the area they don't use "bait & switch" tactics. Our salesman Rob Bell, Is a true gentleman. We weren't sure if the truck would fit in our garage so Rob insisted we take it home to verify the fit. If you live in RI or southern MA do yourself a favor and check out Flood before you buy. More

Highest Trade Offering and Best Customer Service We were treated exceptionally well when we traded our two cars and bought a new Explorer and used Jeep by both David Cathey and the Finance Profession We were treated exceptionally well when we traded our two cars and bought a new Explorer and used Jeep by both David Cathey and the Finance Professional in November 2013. And, again we were treated the same way 2.5 years later with our trades and purchase of two new 2016 Explorers. Total professionalism. We reached out to David via text message letting him know we were interested in replacing our existing autos for two new cars... possibly with a new Lexus or new Jeep. That day within hours David and Robert Bell had 3 new Lincolns and 2 new Ford Explores on the line for Tamara and I to test out. Promptly the next day, David followed up with me and had us come in to review all options with Blake Enright. David, Robert, Black and the Finance Professional made the whole process simple and pleasant, explained everything very well, laid out great options based on our needs... now we have twins parked in our driveway... one White and one Black. The relationship we built with David from our 2013 dealings, and the way David, Robert, Blake and the Finance Professional treated us truly made all the difference... they made us feel like royalty. Plus they gave us a VERY strong offering for our trades and gave us a great deal on the two Explorers we purchased. Very Happy. More

David Cathey, Blake Enright and John Zito were all outstanding and the entire deal was straightforward with no “catches” or mystery charges. It was very hard for me to leave MINI, but their pricing and attitude towards retaining a potential lifelong customer was very disappointing. This is my first Ford product since a Mercury Monarch back in the 70’s!! My father was an award winning mechanic at Dunne Ford in that time, so we all grew up on Ford products. I look forward to a long relationship with my original car brand. Thank you. More

Any questions that I had were promptly answered and I feld the deal that I received was fair. In my opinion, Ramon is a tremendous asset to your business and it is because of his treatment of me as a customer that I would not hesitate in dealing with him in the future.
