I made the decision to apply that money towards a downpayment on a new F-150 instead. I reached out to Michelle Fontaine via the Flood mobile wesbsite for information on pricing on three 2017s currently in inventory. She responded with the information requested within two hours, I contacted her to make arrangements to come in the following week, and on the day of my visit there was a seamless handoff to Reno Silvestri in sales. Reno was extremely professional and personable, and keen to make sure that we had ample time to test drive the trucks we were interested in. My wife had many questions regarding option packages, etc., and he walked her through what each included until she was satisfied. As an added bonus, I received far more in trade than I was anticipating for my old truck. The entire experience was a genuine pleasure. I cannot recomment Flood Ford of East Greenwich highly enough! Don't go here for service! Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Purchased my F-150 from Flood in E.G. About a year and a half ago, while I live in Lin Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Purchased my F-150 from Flood in E.G. About a year and a half ago, while I live in Lincoln, I tried to be loyal and continue to bring my truck here for service. While the need for repairs is not on them, I had to bring my truck twice to correct a problem with the water pump as the first time they dismissed it and told me they could not replicate the problem. Next time they replaced it. However, this did not keep me from bringing my truck here for service as this can easily be explained if the coolant leak was minor, etc. Another I have is how as others have posted, scheduling service in itself is quite a chore--call don't bother trying to schedule through their website as they will never respond and then you will eventually get through via a phone call and get an appointment for a week or two out. However, this again is not the most significant problem as I continued to bring my truck there. The last time I brought my truck was for some minor warranty work where they had it for an entire day(they say they'll call you to let you know what they find--they always say it, they never do) around 430-5pm I call as I had yet to hear anything, they tell me they're sorry but they won't finish today. Understandable but it begs the question; when would they have told me? Their service dept. closes at 6 and again, I live in Lincoln, so any call would've been appreciated. In this instance they provided me with a loaner so again, no complaints. But the final straw was yesterday, I made an appointment about a week and a half ago. They scheduled me for around 10am, it's hard for me to get down their mid-day so I dropped my truck off the night before and the service woman told me that they'd call me and let me know what was up(they never did) and she said it would most likely be done around 1(it never was). As the time approached 430pm, I decided to call myself, as again they close at 6, no answer so I leave a message. They call back within about 10 minutes and tell me sorry but we could not get your truck in today and I could reschedule. So they had my truck for an entire day for something they had originally scheduled for a couple hours(they had an idea of what the work entailed as I was quite descriptive: inspection sticker, brakes, and trouble shooting of my rear defroster not working). They did not call giving any indication they would not get my truck in so they held it for an entire day and not until I called them did they let me know; oh yeah we did nothing with it. At any point throughout the day they could've called me and let me know that they were swamped, short on staff, a unicorn stampede shut them down, anything! One problem shouldn't stop someone but obviously I've had repeated issues here. So after continued issues that I overlooked and passed off as a busy dealership who is trying to be accommodating to many customers and while trying to be a loyal customer--I can now say it wasn't worth the time and effort to stick with Flood Ford and I'd urge you all to not waste your time here. More

There was no pressure or hype when I came to the Flood Dealership. Michelle simply introduced herself and helped me refine my search. I was then introduced to Robert Bell who patiently, without any hype or pressure, made my search and buying experience a pleasure! After only 2 test drives and 15 minutes at Robert's desk, he presented me with a proposal that was $1,000 below any other dealer, or my expectations. And that was without going back and forth to his manager several times. Robert is not only a good salesman, but now a good friend after the sale. I will definitely refer Robert Bell, Michelle Fontaine and Flood Ford to family and friends! Ed Carter More

Jason Arruda, the sales manager that assisted me was more than helpful and very knowledgeable during the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had, he attentively attended too. He helped me in getting the Titanium edition in the Escape which was important to me and also fitting it into my budget. Josh Abbruzzese was also very helpful. He took me for my test drives, was so pleasant and courteous. He also was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all of its computerized systems. He helped me sync my phone and got it all started for me. My experience with Jason and Josh was exceptional, they are a great team together!! When I left the dealer, I felt comfortable driving home. I traded in a 2001 Ford Explorer, 17 years old for a brand new lease on a 2017 Escape titanium edition. I am awed by this SUV. It drives like a dream and it is phenomenal in and out, the sound system is perfect!!! I'm in love with it! If I didn't have Jason and Josh, with all of their expertise and knowledge to assist me, I may not being enjoying my car so much!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, I will most definitely be back in 3 years for an explorer or a mustang!!! More

The entire sales team through out the facility were very courteous and pleasant.Michelle Fontaine helped with setting appointment with Mike Coleman.Again a very good experience in dealing with Flood Ford.I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Bring back a loyal customer I have purchased and owned several ford vehicles from this dealership, from Windstars to F150 Supercab to an F150 Crew Cab. I had a bad experience w I have purchased and owned several ford vehicles from this dealership, from Windstars to F150 Supercab to an F150 Crew Cab. I had a bad experience with Quick Lane, in which I wrote them to express my displeasure. Long story short - I spent 2K in service which ended up being completed 1 day before a $50 rebate kicked in which required you spend $250 to get the rebate. I paid for the service and picked up my truck on the first day the rebate started, and submitted the rebate which was turned down by quicklane. I wrote back to them asking they reconsider, that I've been a long time loyal customer this this will hurt them when I go looking for a new vehicle. That was 2 years ago and they never bothered to respond. They were willing to let a long time loyal customer walk away for $50. I started looking for new truck a few weeks ago, decided to visit Flood as it wasn't their fault, told the salesman my story with Quick Lane, and he worked fast and hard to correct it. I am happy to say I'm back in a new F150, the listened, gave me a good deal and took care of me - but will never take my vehicle to quick lane. I'd rather lose my warranty than deal with a company that would let me go for $50 measly dollars. BTW flood ford offered me the $50 and I turned it down. it wasn't the money it became the principle with me. how short sighted are you quicklane? More

I didn't feel "pressured" like most other dealships that I've been to in the past. I explained my situation to the salesman, Jim Siler, and he effortlessly took me through the whole process of the vehicle's options and the functions throughout the test drive. I met with the sales manager, Jason Arruda, who did everything possible to make sure I received a fair deal. I was most impressed with Mike Flood Sr. himself, who was able to take time from his busy schedule and meet with my wife and me. I honestly felt that they did all they could to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Hats off to Flood Ford of E. Greenwich!! I highly recommend this dealership. More
