Stay away from this dealership and David Cathey I went in to buy a truck and talked to Marc, a sales person. When we got to talking about price on the vehicle he had to go in and see David for every I went in to buy a truck and talked to Marc, a sales person. When we got to talking about price on the vehicle he had to go in and see David for everything. David clearly cared more about making a huge profit than selling me a car. He tried charging me close to $4000 more than most other dealerships for the same truck. He also marked the interest rate up and gave me a low ball offer for my trade in. After insulting me with his original offer he want me to stay so we could “talk”. I told him to call me or email me if he actually had a good offer but I was insulted with his original offer. He then emailed me and tried to be consending telling me how great they are in customer service and then he included deals that were still more expensive than what they were online. He must think that everyone is an idiot and it’s clear he tries to take advantage of people. I would stay away from this dealership and especially David Cathey. More

Our experience was great from the moment we walked through the door and was greeted by the receptionist. She paged Robert Bell and he came to us immediately. He was friendly and pleasant and took us to his office, seated us comfortably and offered us coffee, tea etc. Bob was courteous, attentive and listened reflectively to what we were looking for. We are so glad he was available to help us. Bob deserves a 10 he sat patiently in the car with us and explained Sync and GPS and all the features and repeated it if we didn't understand. He paired my phone and helped my wife put Ford Pass on her phone Bob was so patient and helpful. We are in our 80's and my wife got so cold while looking at cars. Bob brought us back to the building immediately and he drove each car up to the building so we could see them. We have never had a salesman as kind and considerate as Bob was. He should get was above 5s he deserves a 10 on his Report card. Flood deserves a 5 or better for hiring a person as qualified as Bob. Thank you Bob and Flood. More
