It started out with Kim Jackson and she was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails,asked enough questions so that she could get back to me with precise information in a timely manner. I was looking for a specific vehicle that they had on the lot and she connected me with Robert Bell in sales. We set up a time we could meet, I drove from Connecticut to the dealership, met Robert and from there we worked out a price that was fair to both for my trade-in and the new vehicle. There was no pressure we were either going to make a deal or shake hands and part friends simple as that Dave Flora was a pleasure to work with and very quick and finishing up the paperwork. Robert even help me unload everything in my truck and toolbox as I wasn't planning on taking home the new purchase that day which was very very helpful. Left me with no worries about service Went to several dealerships, one walked away when I mentioned interest in a used 2014 car. Drove just down the road to Flood Ford , said I wanted to trade my 2011 Escape LTD 3.0 for a newer version. John DeRobbio met me and quickly narrowed down my vehicle wants; horsepower, trim, Heated seats, fog lights for deer ( saved my butt too many times too count). We went for a ride in a new arrival Escape Titanium with the larger engine and I pinned him to the seat getting on Rte 4:sorry. No turbo lag and the shifting was smooth. As this car was uninspected, they went thru it with a fine tooth comb. After all the work they did, I have no complaints about not haggling for higher trade in value. Even dropped the gas tank to replace fuel pump- woulda been pissed about that 2 month down the road. Anyway, I would have a beer with John, felt like family. Thanks, Bob More
