From the owner to the management staff, finance, sales, body and service, each department has been a pleasure to work with. Jason Arruda and Mike Flood Jr. excell at their work as well as Joe Pezza in the finance department. I appreciate their professionalism and client support. I notice the small things about customer service and i can say that Flood Ford is exceptional when it comes to service. I have seen numerous staff members go out of their way to help me from small things like keypad entries to large tedious transmission jobs. I have, and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

Class act! “Class act” is the best way to describe my many experiences with Flood Ford. I have purchased an Expedition from them several years ago and walked awa “Class act” is the best way to describe my many experiences with Flood Ford. I have purchased an Expedition from them several years ago and walked away with not only a great SUV at a fantastic price, but found the whole experience actually pleasant. No pressure from anyone, easy financing and same day delivery of the Expedition, and I was home with my new vehicle. That is just the start. Several years later Flood Ford opened up Quiklane across the street from their showroom. Due to my vice of buying lots of different cars I started to bring all my cars to them at Quiklane for service. They have serviced for me my Volvo, Saturn, BMW, Porsche, Jeep, and Honda without any issues or less then ideal experiences. They actually took one of my Jeeps to the dealer ( where I purchased it) for warranty work. No charge from Flood Ford, just the simple courtesy of helping me out because I didn’t have the time to take it there myself. Not to mention that at any time I can stop in at the service center for anything and I’m always met with a “ yes, we can get it done” and then they drive me home. Only to have the car delivered to my home later that day serviced and washed. It’s gotten to point that I now call them, tell them where I left the keys in the car ( sitting in my driveway) and they pick it up, service it and return it home. Most recently they have delivered to my home a new vehicle to “test drive” for a few days and give them feedback on its performance. Not once, but twice this has happened. I wasn’t even in the market for a new car, they just wanted to extend the courtesy ( and everyone’s excitement ) of driving something new for a few days. By the way, I’m not referring to lower end models either. Both times were brand new Lincoln’s with every feature imaginable. No pressure to buy, just a simple way of them saying “thank you” for allowing them to service my cars and extending their trust to me as I have to them for many years. So, yea, “Class act” pretty well sums up my impression of Flood Ford and their many employees who I’ve gotten to know and trust over the years. They have taken the philosophy of “quality service and quality vehicles” to a whole new level. They have added “personable” to it which sets a whole new benchmark for other automobile dealers to envy and stride for. More

The day i picked up the vehicle, she took her time and went through everything in the car with me to ensure I knew how it all worked. She was beyond helpful and informative. She never put any pressure on us and has followed up again since leaving the lot. The gentleman who did our leasing paperwork was also great. We felt so comfortable and everything was explained thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Flood to family/friends and will be be back :) More
