Tyler was easy to deal with via a phone sale being I was hours away from their location. I had searched the Ford.com website looking for a diesel F150 and Flood Ford had 2 to choose from. Beyond awful experience. The only thing they have going for them is, John Garcia. He is the only reason I keep giving them a chance. Management never calls you back , no one calls you to tell you hey your for them is, John Garcia. He is the only reason I keep giving them a chance.
