Beyond awful experience. The only thing they have going for them is, John Garcia. He is the only reason I keep giving them a chance. I sold my vehicle to this dealership prior to moving out-of-state using Kelly Blue Book’s Instant Cash Offer system. I still owed money on my loan, but I had a significant amount of positive equity on t out-of-state using Kelly Blue Book’s Instant Cash Offer system. I still owed money on my loan, but I had a significant amount of positive equity on the vehicle. Once Flood Ford paid off my loan, I was owed approximately 11.5K (per our contract). It has been approximately 5 weeks since Flood Ford took possession of my vehicle and I still have not received my funds, despite my vehicle being listed for sale on their website. For weeks, I was told the dealership was waiting to receive the title from the bank, which delayed the disbursement of the funds. On August 12th (over a month after my vehicle was sold), I was told my funds would be overnighted via UPS, given that I am now living in a different state. It has been 3 days since the check was “overnighted,” and I have not received it. I was promised follow-up and tracking, which I never received. After speaking with multiple different parties over several phone calls just to obtain information on the check’s whereabouts, I received tracking information. This tracking information shows that the dealership neglected to include my complete address (which was correctly provided to them via email), which means my check is currently lost in transit. This dealership has been a nightmare to deal with. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE. Unless you like feeling like you just donated your car. Do not recommend. More
