I purchased my vehicle here as well as the extended warranty. The purchase went smoothly and I have since traded it in. All I want is to fill out my paperwork to get the remainder of my warranty back v warranty. The purchase went smoothly and I have since traded it in. I realize it isn't a sale but I was still a customer and have done this with other dealerships in the past, never has it been this difficult. I've left 4 messages and finally 5th time was a charm I reached someone! However, I have yet to receive the paperwork. I have called corporate as well, they weren't all that helpful either, so I probably will not ever be getting a Ford in the future. I may personally not have gotten a ford, but our company still purchases Fords and only Fords, so they should really treat their customers well even if it isn't through a sale. I hope I can get my refund some day. It's been about one month now and I have gotten nowhere. More

When we decided that we would work with Flood Lincoln Ford of Narragansett for a new vehicle, the Service Department was genuinely grateful for our decision and directed us to the best car salesman with whom I have ever worked. Robert Bell took the time to understand our needs and our desires for our next engagement and recommended a solution that perfectly met them both. His personal empathy and knowledge of the car business from soup to nuts really impressed us. We were never pushed toward a solution, that we were given ample time to make our decision, and the total solution put us far ahead of where we were when we started our work with the dealership. I visited flood ford for the second time looking for a lease situation that would work for me, It was the end of the month & very busy in the show room. Jason was fantastic. He had a lot going on but was very helpful and attentive. I took a quick test drive and then needed to catch a ferry. Jason said that he would get some pricing for me and be in touch later in the day. He called a few hours later saying he was still working on getting me the info but wanted me to know he was working on it. He called back again with said info. I went back into the dealership the next day in the " 11th hour". It was again very busy but Jason was right there to meet me. I took another test drive and then sat down to work on getting the lease put together. Jason got things started and as we waited for credit approval he had another customer. He continually checked in and a fellow sales associate Robert Bell sat with me and got the rest of the paper work put together. I felt very well taken care of. I was never left sitting alone and was actually quite entertained. Always good to connect with people & enjoy their company. I thank both Jason & Robert for their help, attention & hospitality !!! Not too many people look forward to the whole car buying experience and I am included in that group. So the first dealer I went to did all the traditional things and fulfilled my expectations. When talking with Bill Stamp, he enthusiastically recommended Flood so although it was a bit longer drive, I called and made an appointment. So a friend of mine and I met Tom and his approach to sales was very different. We embarked on a journey of learning all about this car, a real soup to nuts explanation of all the features and benefits so that by the time it came for a test drive, it all made sense. I was pretty sold on the car based on what I already knew but with Tom's graduate course it became a done deal. Once we got down to business there were no games or xx, just a quick and straight forward negotiation. I had no intention of buying a car from Tom on the first day but it is a testament to Tom that I did. Everyone there at Flood was great. They put together a financing package quickly and at a better rate than I had hoped. Everything went very smoothly and very quickly since they don't waste time on a lot of bull. I think their approach shows a lot more respect for the customer. More

Sales consults Jay Carlson was fantastic not only getting me the exact car I wanted, but walking me through the price negotiation (which was practically stress free). Finance person (Kevin Barry) was awesome and explained everything completely and in a non-pressure manner. Gave me a very fair price for my trade, and were very upfront about the price of my new Fusion. For someone who has bought many cars from that "other" large RI Ford dealer this was a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank them enough - you have a customer for life here. Thanks again Guys - You all rock!!! More
