They picked up my car , brought me a rental car , and within hours my car was back, washed and fixed. Armed with this information I set out to buy a car and was pleasantly surprised by the individualized attention I received. Joe Ciccetti listened to my needs & wants and immediately directed me to the best car for me and the best purchase option for me. He suggested that I lease and thoroughly explained the pros & cons in a way I could understand along with explaining the Ford Gap Insurance which helped me to make a well informed decision. He put me in a 2019 Lincoln MKC at an affordable price. I just could not be happier with this car and the desk they gave me. But it didn’t end there! Shortly thereafter my husband had an accident and he needed another car. Service never fixed the issue Sales folks are great, can't complain at all. But service is another story. I took my one year old Continental in for service for an electrical issue, they kept the car for three weeks, gave it back to me with "we can't find the problem". Um, yeah, that doesn't make me feel comfy cozy. This car went electrically stone cold dead, leaving me alone in a parking lot, which is the main reason I brought the car in. You keep it for weeks, give it back to me with "we can't find the problem" and think that's okay? Not cool. So now all I think about when I drive this car from now on is where I will be when this happens the next time. In an empty parking lot late at night? I have no confidence in this car anymore, which I don't like saying at all. More
