I called Carson Toyota after trying to deal with Hooman Toyota who seemed like they didn't need nor care about my business. I ended up with Greg Bowman who from the first time we spoke until i drove off t Toyota who seemed like they didn't need nor care about my business. I ended up with Greg Bowman who from the first time we spoke until i drove off the lot with my new Tundra not only told the truth but treated me with respect. He also returned my calls immediately. I lease two new vehicles every three years so i have learned just how the leasing experience should be and Carson Toyota will most deffinately be seeing me again in three years. The showroom in Carson was beautifully clean and well staffed with friendly people who worked with me even down to having all of the paperwork completed before i even stepped foot onto the lot. I drove in, signed a few papers, handed over a very reasonable down payment and then drove off all within 30 minutes, a time that Greg had previously stated. I should also add that until three years ago i was an avid Ford owner of at least 6 trucks and to be honest you couldn't give me a domestic vehicle after driving and experiencing the Toyota Tundra. All in all i couldn't be happier with the whole experience, with my new truck and most of all with Greg Bowman a car salesman who is deffinately a cut above most of the sales people from other dealerships that I had recently had the displeasure of talking with. best regards, Doug Gillespie. The reason I like to come to Carson Toyota is because of "Michael Rumbaugh" and "Pete Thomas" in the service dept. These guys you can trust and they care to give you their best. Today I was in to replace th "Michael Rumbaugh" and "Pete Thomas" in the service dept. These guys you can trust and they care to give you their best. Today I was in to replace the bulbs in my truck tailights. "Michael Rumbaugh" personally took apart my tailights and replaced the bulbs with a wrench he had handy in his office. I didn't ask Michael to do it, he just went ahead and did it for me. I was in and out quick thanks to him. Another time "Pete Thomas" helped me by making a copy of my bent truck key. Everyone said it wasn't possible but Pete came up with a blank and with some persistance made a new key work. Pete was a hero that day. I will buy my next truck again from Carson Toyota because I can trust and know that Michael and Pete care to give you get great service!!! I was at Carson Toyota with my Sisters that just purchase a car from Carson Toyota (Chilly) and thought it would be a great idea to trade in my wifes Yaris for a new 2011 Camr my Sisters that just purchase a car from Carson Toyota (Chilly) and thought it would be a great idea to trade in my wifes Yaris for a new 2011 Camry... Chilly was dilligent in get my wife in a new 2011 Camary that same day with no money down and payment were only $10.00 more then the Yaris. I went home picked up my Wife and brought her down to Carson Toyota to pick her color. Wow was she surprised! It did not stop there. They had a great looking custom 2011 Toyota Sienna in their showroom. The Van had it all, back up camera, black leather, sun roof, ground effects, custom grill, rims, tires, power door, power tail gate, the works. Chilly said he could get me in that van, and sure enough Chilly was again right on it. Professional, followed up with me several times and in a few days, I was driving away in my show room 2011 Toyota Sienna. Chilly works hard for the customer, and is a great asset to Carson Toyota... They were cheerful,honest,helpful,and trustworthy adjectives that are usually not synonymous with a car salesperson!I had just left Honda next door....the day before I went to Ford the day before that I went to BMW.Both Honda and BMW being very fine vehicles. However customer service is not something they specialize in. The customer service I received at Carson Toyota is what sold me the car. The actual dealership is very,very pretty and clean.!Now to get to my Camry Hybrid.....I LOVE IT!Everything about it ,the quietness,the dash ,the leather ,the color,the push start,the JBL sound system .I get all of that beauty plus I save on gas it is a Win!Win!I previously drove a Ford F150 Lariat!A Gas guzzler and such a nightmare to park pretty much anywhere.Now I do not dread driving anywhere.I actually can't stop driving any and everywhere. As it turns out, they weren't even able to. Upon arriving there, Larry was courteous and not at all pushy. He was very helpful in all manners of speaking. I went into Carson Toyota looking for a specific option package and specific color on a new car. They did have cars of my package, and one in my color, but not both. Naturally they tried to make a deal wit package and specific color on a new car. They did have cars of my package, and one in my color, but not both. Naturally they tried to make a deal with me, which I didn't mind. But when I finally said I'd rather wait and see if I can find exactly the car I want, they wouldn't hear it. They played every card in the book trying to cajole me into buying a color I didn't want, or a touring package that was $3500 over what I wanted to pay. If I'm going to pay 20,000 for something that I'll have for a decade or two, I want it exactly the way I like. These guys couldn't respect that and I finally had to just walk out. If you want to be pushed into buying something you'll regret, this is the place for you. One thing I must admit, Carson Toyota is a great place to test drive. It's in a light-industrial area with little traffic and sparse stoplights, so you can really crank out the vehicle and learn what it can do. It's also near a freeway so you can get a feel for it at speed. I recommend test-driving at Carson Toyota and buying at Manhattan Beach Toyota. More

got a "Certified Pre-Owned" car from them 4 years back. process took a while & finally found a decent corolla. everything went well in sales process, but when came to delivery, they only have one key & un process took a while & finally found a decent corolla. everything went well in sales process, but when came to delivery, they only have one key & unwilling to make another copy. call toyota corporate & went thru many calls, they finally agree to two more keys, which took another month to be mail. also found funny noise coming from car, after driving it home. took it back a week later & they said the hubcap is to blame, they oiled it & noise went away for a while. later found out the wheel well cover is gone, which t i had to take another workday off to get it fix. this supposely restored to factory condition. i finally ask for the worked they've done, since they got this car into the dealership, all they did was a oil change. recently, I found out the noise was coming from the timing belt, which was about to break. talking about CPO vehicle, what a rip off. dont; buy from this dealership, never going back to this dealership.
