All I know is Alex did everything he could do to help us all out. We were looking for a 2018 Porche Macan. We live in Long Beach CA. and found one locally. After we left that dealership I hopped on Google and saw a porche Macan in Vegas which wasn’t ideal, being that it was so far away. I called into the Fletcher Jones in vegas and got in touch with Tamir Cohen. Tamir was extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and was eager to help. He definitely went above and beyond to get our needs met. Sent pics and videos of the car since we couldn’t see it in person, answered any questions we had etc. needless to say Tamir made us feel very comfortable purchasing a car out of state that we haven’t seen in person. He expedited the shipping process and we received our car today. So happy we went with Tamir and Fletcher Jones in Vegas. I am very dissapointed in this dealership I have been with Mercedes for 15 years and I know that Mercedes value loyalty but not at this dealership.. I had the worst buying experience and they didn't care with Mercedes for 15 years and I know that Mercedes value loyalty but not at this dealership.. I had the worst buying experience and they didn't care about my loyalty to the brand .. if you're looking for a luxury brand don't go to this dealership I am about to sell my 2 Mercedes and go to a different luxury brand where they value their costumers because this ones they don't value costumers and loyalty to the brand.. stay away I don't recommend this dealership. More
