My Service Advisor LaRoyne Brown is always professional, honest and keeps me informed. This was my second appointment with him and his service is always great. As for the two female employees at the payme honest and keeps me informed. This was my second appointment with him and his service is always great. As for the two female employees at the payment desk, not friendly, or welcoming at all. Very short and borderline rude. Especially the one at the first desk. She barely acknowledged me. I stood in line after two customers and witnessed her service to them. Her attitude changed once I reached the counter and advised I wanted to use my $100 discount coupon that I was not able to apply when I paid $668 online 8am this morning from the billing text received. It's was now, 1:00pm and I'm picking up my vehicle. I tried to advise my service advisor I wanted to use this coupon before we discussed two more items that was still open and suggested for repair. I don't understand why she was willing to fight so hard for me not to receive this discount that didn't expire until 7/31/2021 without all the facts. She actually look disappointed that the manager approved this for me. I been a customer at Fletcher Jones for four years and never felt like I was treated today. More
