i was on my way from Long Beach Ca to Hagerman, Idaho when my MErcedes ML350 would not accelerate. I limped back to Vegas from Alamo, NV and was greeted by LaRoyne. He listened and understood my urgenc when my MErcedes ML350 would not accelerate. I limped back to Vegas from Alamo, NV and was greeted by LaRoyne. He listened and understood my urgency to get back on the road as I had critical Medicine for an ill person in Idaho. A couple hours later, LaRoyne and Brian came to discuss the issue and a part was needed that couldn't come in until the next day. They explained the issues to me patiently, helped me book a hotel, provide transportation to and from the hotel. They promised to try to have the vehicle ready by 1pm so i could drive to Idaho. Tuesday i arrived at the Service Center at 11am and as i was getting out of your vehicle, i had a text message that my car was ready to go! I was so relieved! I have been to many Mercedes Service departments and this is the first time my vehicle was ready hours before the "hopefully promised" time and less $$ than the original estimate. You are the BEST Mercedes service dept i have ever visited. You are lucky to have LaRoyne and Brian - they know and understand customer service and deliver it with expertise and a smile.
