Service was as indicated by the Consultant. My car’s starter does not hesitate as long as it has been. The shuttle arrived in a timely manner and the drivers were pleasant as was the drive. At first I tried to setup my service appointment online but no one called me to schedule it, so I called and the adviser 2 days later. She was very nice and set my appointment for first thing the next day. but no one called me to schedule it, so I called and the adviser 2 days later. She was very nice and set my appointment for first thing the next day. Upon arrival, Security advised my where to park and let me know who my service advisor would be. I told Josh, my service advisor, that I just wanted an oil change and the tires rotated but Josh explained why Service B was so important and that even though my car has only 3500 on it miles and is only 3 years old, why it was important to change the brake fluid even in this dry Nevada climate. I told him "my father never changed his brake fluid until 100,000 miles" but I did not know how important it was these days until Josh explained what happens and that my safety might be at risk. The sticker shock of this service B that I found online was a deterrent, but he said there is a $75 coupon available but I had already found one that was $100 off so that helped (check online before you go for the best savings). So for $550 I had the car given a once over, changed the oil and filter, car air filter, cabin air filter, rotate the tires and changed the brake fluid. At the dealership was a GREAT price and the PROPER service ( Not the local shops using whatever fluids - no thanks ) The thing I was upset about was when I received my car, all washed and pretty again, but there was an old dirty part inside! Turns out it was the old cabin air filter (later I figured it out on my own), but still they had cleaned my car and then put inside a dirty nasty air filter on the passenger seat and set it on top of my coat! The adviser presenting my car said nothing and I had to get out and ask her "what was this?" She was not sure but I asked her to throw it away. A+ to the service guys but a C for the person who put that nasty filter inside my car - Next time be sure to NOT have old parts INSIDE when you present such a fine piece of clean Mercedes machinery to your customer, this is not a Chevy in the midwest after all...
