Shai Winograd was the first person to greet me into the dealership. He showed me all the cars they had in stock (Smart) and gave me a detailed explanation about the features and benefits of having a Smart car, furthering my knowledge about the car I wanted to buy. When we (my dad and I) came into his office, we sat down and he offered us some nicely chilled water, which was great because of the heat out there (thumbs up!) On the computer, he looked up when a new car with all of my specifications was arriving. It arrived just two days after being in the ports! He gave us a tour of the dealership and its courteous personnel, all greeting us with a smile. The next day I was signing a contract and received my car on the third day. Shai knows how to make the sale without any pressure, he knows the cars and how to sell them, is patient and explicative, and my dad and I had a great time chatting with him in the office while we waited approval from Mercedes-Benz Financial. In approximately two hours, everything from the car I wanted to the documentation signing, was complete. We got treated like family. When the car arrived, he called me to let me know about its arrival. He even sent me pictures of the car! He's followed up on how I am doing with my new car ever since I bought it. That is true service, dedication and quality of work. Many, many thanks! P.S.: They even give your car free car washes! Dorris Richey helped us with the contract. She explained everything about the contract as we went through and signed it. She was quick, thorough and efficient in the signing process. The whole process took around thirty minutes. That is super quick! She smiled as we spoke about the contract, too. Thank you! Maxine Linihan helped us with setting up the insurance and finishing up everything else. We have purchased 5 vehicles over the years with Rex as the salesman and we have been extremely happy with every vehicle and the purchasing experience. Rex is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, capable, and helpful. When he says he will perform a service or get back to us with information, he ALWAYS has. Our most recent purchase was a 2013 Smart car. We love it and it functions perfectly. We feel Rex was the key to sealing the deal for our purchase. As usual, he was very knowledgeable. Doris and Rene did a terrific job with the financial aspects and the vehicle operational presentation. For our previous purchases, which were M and S Class Mercedes, Maxine Linihan handled the financial issues and was superb. Since purchasing our first Mercedes at Fletcher Jones Imports in 2001, we have used the dealer's facility for maintenance and repair services, and we are extremely satisfied. We would not consider letting anyone else handle repair services. Dennis Eich has been our service consultant for years and we feel his is the best in the business. He knows the vehicles, adjusts service schedules to our schedules, moves the vehicles quickly and efficiently, and provides superb quality service. He has NEVER let us down and we have never brought one of our vehicles back for the same repair service. His recommendations on driving and systems operation have saved us financially and have allowed us to drive our vehicles for many years safely and with confidence that they will perform perfectly. Owning an S Class Mercedes is wonderful, but having the confidence in knowing that it is in top notch mechanical condition is key to maintaining a high quality of safety when we drive the vehicles anywhere. When I have talked to friends about our vehicles and how well they are maintained, our friends line up requesting to purchase our vehicles when we are in the market to purchase a new replacement vehicle.
