First time that my husband took the car for oil change and check the "check engine" warning, he was told that the finding is due to "recall" and will be fixed with no cost to us. We were charged for oil change and service maintenance around $385.00 You had the car for almost 2 days and we were not offered a service car. When I drove the car to work, the check engine lght appeared again so I called Josh. He asked me to take the car which we did at 8 o'clock Friday, after Thanksgiving. The finding this time was that, it was the exhaust camshaft that need to be replaced and we have to pay since it is not with the recall problem. We are wondering why the mechanic did not see that problem the first time they checked the "check engine" warning. This time we were charged $376 + And then when we left your place, light came up (left turn signal...) We were so exhausted dealing with the series of incidents that were not noticed by the mechanic. My husband and I always thought that when the car is servced by you, that the mechanic does a thorough inspection of the car befre releasing it to the customer. More
