I guess We we’re not properly dressed :-(. Stopped in to have our E400 serviced and our first inclination after dropping off our car was to look in the showroom. In spending at least 20 minutes looking at vehicles NO ONE acknowledged our presence or offered any assistance. We just relocated from out of town and have leased 5 vehicles from Mercedes Benz but never felt so insignificant!! Yes we had on sweats and sneakers but so what!! My wife and I are both approaching the end of our leases and Fletchers is not where we want to do business!! More
