DEALER POCKETED $12,305 This dealer is horrible they did whatever they could to get me into their cars ... which included on lying about buying out my car which i still had p This dealer is horrible they did whatever they could to get me into their cars ... which included on lying about buying out my car which i still had payments on... they told me a price that sounded amazing as after that it all went downhill. They never payed off my car which started going against my credit. They ended up underselling my old car from me to a dealer and making money off it. I had to repay everything off included what i gave them. Then the money i gave apparently disappeared. So I’m the long run i got screwed and my credit went from a 760 to a 455 Hahahaha. DO NOT use this dealership.... Chris monzo is the worst manager/ person i have ever delt with..... and to top it off the finance department didn’t know anything of what they were doing ..... told me i was good when i wasn’t More
