Today I brought in our mini tank for a Schedule A Service and multi-point inspection. Ryan was very thorough as usual and even discovered that there were a few additional items that needed to be addressed. AC Hose nightmare You wouldn't think that sourcing an A/C hose would take more than a day or two. Guess again, my ML350 needed one when my compressor needed to be repla You wouldn't think that sourcing an A/C hose would take more than a day or two. Guess again, my ML350 needed one when my compressor needed to be replaced and it took a full month and a half to get it and install. The part had to be ordered from Germany(???). Deal with my extended warranty company who wouldn't authorize MB original parts therefore I had to pay out of pocket to get MB quality. Ridiculous as it may sound but I give kudos and thanks to my Service Adviser, Dennis Eich for hanging in there to the finish. More
