Best salesperson ever So I have never dealt with a salesperson who goes to the extent and effort that Cookie does. I had an issue with my car and wasn’t able to make it t So I have never dealt with a salesperson who goes to the extent and effort that Cookie does. I had an issue with my car and wasn’t able to make it to her side of town. She had a porter come pick my car up and make sure it was fixed. She’s not only thorough and knowledgeable on ALL aspects of the cars she sells (huge pet peeve for me is a salesperson who knows less about the car or product than I do ) but her customer service far and exceeds the high standards I have for a dealer where I’m spending 200k for a car. She is truly and asset to Mercedes Benz!!!! More
