The advisors are friendly and always answer texts & calls while waiting. The guest waiting atea is accommodating as well. I really love their complimentary carwash. My grandparents took their Sprinter in for routine maintenance and found that the catalytic was stolen in their storage yard. Cal at the Sprinter repair shop was wonderful to us. LaRoyne is absolutely by far the best Service Advisor I have had the pleasure to work with. He is devoted to customer satisfaction and always makes sure I am cared for.
