Recall Went for recall and was greeted by Dave Miller.He was excellent explain to me the whole procedure.Very polite and knowledgeable. Only one thing I wasn’t happy about .When I received my car at the valet lounge I noticed my front license plate was bent on one side.I asked the gentleman who gave me a car about it.And his response was very careless saying:O that’s from the car wash. When I got home I noticed I lost two chrome caps When plate was bent. It is not big problem and I will fix it on my own but just made me feel bit disappointed. I sent the email to David Miller and he responded with offer to get back and he would like to take a look.Unfortunately I’m leaving overseas for a month. Again David Miller is a great. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like garbage! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! First off, I wish there were an option to offer 0 stars. This establishment is the epitome of what a bad business is. My fa DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! First off, I wish there were an option to offer 0 stars. This establishment is the epitome of what a bad business is. My family came into Fletcher Jones Imports on Friday 6-21-2019. We had found a car online that we were interested in, I drive a Mercedes currently so I have frequented this place for service and such. After meeting with the salesman (Cam or Kam, however you want to spell it) we were told that the car was being held for someone. Okay, fine. We stayed for 2 hours to figure numbers, etc. Cam told us he would call us on Monday morning if the people who were interested in the car decided to pass. Again, no big deal we understand this is how to "used car business" works. Today, Monday (6-24-19) I received a call from Kam at 9:57 am letting me know that the car was still available. Unfortunately my husband works in the military and is not always able to answer his phone and of course, I am going to ask him his opinion on things because we are a team. I called my husband quickly, then called Cam back to figure out numbers and financing and all of that. Cam went to check with financing to see about interest rates etc, he called me back, let me know what they were offering, and I was not happy with the rate they offered me so I then decided to look elsewhere. After getting my own financing and what not I tried calling Cam back (they said he was busy and with another customer) okay, again, no problem. We get that people get busy. After about an hour I called again, with no avail. My husband then called and talked to both finance and the receptionist who said he was with someone but would call us back. The finance manager then proceeded to try to maintain our business by asking what she could do to help us finance through them (their rate was double what we found through another company.) We did this throughout the day with no luck of getting a call back from our wonderful salesman, Kam. After my husband's last call to Kam's "office," I decided I would just drive down there with my two children and wait for him. We got there at approximately 4:00 pm. I was told Cam again was busy but he would be with me soon. After an hour of waiting, another kind salesman (seriously, he was incredibly nice I wish I would've asked his name so that I could give him some sort of praise in this review) told me he would check to see what was going on. AH ALAS.....Here comes Cam! After an hour of waiting in their lobby, I finally felt like we were going to get somewhere. Cam comes out only to tell me "Remember how I told you the car was first come first serve? Well, it's sold!" At this point, I am completely in shock! In utter disbelief actually. I then ask to talk to a manager in which Cam brings out his General manager, the way this man treated me and talked to me was absurd. He began to express to me that he can not save a car for someone who does not put a down payment. EXCUSE ME? I was NEVER, NOT ONCE given the opportunity to put any sort of down payment down because as stated before this car was being held for another customer over the weekend. He then continued to tell me how the used car business works and on and on and on. Thank you, sir, I am WELL aware of how the used car business works. I hope you do not have a wife or children that you talk to in the same manner. Take your business elsewhere if you want a pleasant experience and don't have $100,000 to spend on a car. I'm sure had I thrown a handful of money at them immediately they would have definitely treated me differently. It's incredibly sickening to be treated so horribly. I hope I can save someone else from a horrendous experience?. More
