Worst experience on service ever! This dealership along with FCA has made this service problem with my Jeep the worst I have ever experienced. After their actions on the problem produc This dealership along with FCA has made this service problem with my Jeep the worst I have ever experienced. After their actions on the problem produced no quick results I knew this was going to be unpleasant. I requested detailed copies of the service performed to send to FCA at their request and was told I would not be allowed to have them. As a customer I should have been able to those. I left with anger and will never step foot in that dealership again. The customer there is just a way to a profit. It's to bad that every customer doesn't see what's really behind this business. I believe I will sell my Jeep and move away from this memory. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. G. Long More
