Service My wife and I had our Chrysler Sebring Convertible worked on. When we took the vehicle in we knew of the top down issue. The part was ordered and pa My wife and I had our Chrysler Sebring Convertible worked on. When we took the vehicle in we knew of the top down issue. The part was ordered and paid for last October and we were told we would be contacted in January or February. We were never contacted. I contacted them at the end of the February and they parts manager said there was one part that we needed to fix the top issue but there was no name on it. He then scheduled our replacement and we were told we would have to pay labor but part was paid for. I received a call the second day it was in the shop and said now there was another issue, the top was not latching. It was latching before I took it to them and now it is not. That part would have to be replaced. The part was over $200 and 2 hours of labor. I am very dissatisfied. This is exactly why I try at all costs to avoid dealership repairs. You take a vehicle in and there ends up being something broken that wasn't that now needs fixed. I will not be a returning costumer. Be careful if you decide to take your vehicle to Fletcher Chrysler for repair. You will end up paying for repairs that were not repairs to begin with. More
