Scott Smith was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with PERIOD. He was attentive and treated me like his favorite client. The entire management and staff were also awesome. I have been a customer of Flemington BMW (located in Flemington, NJ) for a number of years and have found their service to be uniformly excellent. All whom I have dealt with in the service department are well informed, courteous to the utmost and genuinely concerned with a customer's comfort and contentment. The dealership is clean, bright and cheery, making one's visit an outstanding experience that creates the desire to recommend others to them for sales or service. Moreover, the dealership is very ably run by its GM, Byron T, Brisby, Jr. who is both sensitive to a customer's needs and extremely concerned that a customer be satisfied with their experience at the dealership. My contact with the sales staff has always shown them to be knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely concerned with a customer's happiness, Overall, whether buying a car there or servicing one, I have always been a very happy camper! More
Service was performed on schedule. Everything was explained to my satifaction. I was given every oppertunity to ask questions and got answers. The car was washed and vacuumed inside and out. I made an appointment and asked for a loaner BMW. They were local so I thought I'd give them a try with my 2005 5 series. I asked for the soonest appointment for a BMW loaner as I didnt not want a rental. were local so I thought I'd give them a try with my 2005 5 series. The day before my appointment, I called to confirm so that my wife could drop off her 5 series and pick up a BMW loaner. They told me, they looked up my records and since I did not buy our BMW there, I was only entitled to an enterprise rental and they didn't know if it was a toyota or ford, but it was not a BMW. This is not why I bought my BMW. At JMK, I always got BMW loaners, but since they were too far after my relocation, I tried Flemington. Well needless to say I didn't leave my car there, and cancelled my appointment. The Service advisor I spoke with was rude and smug about me not buying the car there, so they did not have to give me the same courtesy as their own customers who purchase there. Great! I took my $900 service appointment elsewhere (Hunterdon BMW) - they did a great job, gave me a BMW loaner, and did outstanding work! More
Don't get the $600 servicing for your BMW. The dealership will not tell you about parts that need to be replaced (brakes in my case) had to have my front pads replaced and I replaced back pads & r dealership will not tell you about parts that need to be replaced (brakes in my case) had to have my front pads replaced and I replaced back pads & rotors myself only 3 weeks after servicing. My air conditioning wouldn't work and had to bring it back 2 weeks later to get the air conditioner re-charged. This cost me an extra $200. This servicing was to cover all these items. Service mgr should have told me up front and I would have had them do the work at that time. Now, I'm not going back... More
