She was more than helpful and exceeded her projected schedule on my service Dana really took charge of my service repairs, including a Recall issue. She also was very detailed in her communications and updates with me. Dana also arranged for a driver to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Dana works to have multiple services performed on my cars with as little inconv I always ask for Dana as she is attentive, courteous & knowledgeable. Dana works to have multiple services performed on my cars with as little inconvenience to me as possible. For example, I brought my X5 in for service & mentioned a small dent on the side; Dana made sure it was fixed before I picked up my car the next day. During the service, Dana texted and emailed me information regarding my car's progress and she called me with specifics regarding a bulge in one of my tires. The service team at Flemington BMW was great, I got a full maintenance for my car plus new tires and brakes all in a few hours...and almost all of it was covered under BMW's service plan.
