I was looking for a used 335xi ('08 or '09), coupe, sport package and NAV and within a 50 mile radius and a certain price range. BMW Flemington had what I was looking for. The client advisor, Aubrey Kiley, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was not pushy at all. She knew I was an informed buyer and treated me with respect. I purchased a 2008 335xi with the features I was looking for. It was Barbera Red Metallic with a Cream Beige interior. Not your typical silver or black (which I also like; I was trading in a silver 330ci). The 335xi was in terrific shape and had been originally leased at Flemington BMW. The price for the used vehicle seemed very fair (about $2K below blue book). My trade value seemed a little low although also fair given I had one accident in the past with it (otherwise in great shape too). Overall, the experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend other interested BMW buyers in the area to check them out. More

I had purchased my last two BMW's from West German BMW and had a very good experience with them both times. This last time however the experience was less than desirable. I knew I wanted a BMW but I did and had a very good experience with them both times. This last time however the experience was less than desirable. I knew I wanted a BMW but I didn't feel like West German cared much about me as a customer. Thompson BMW is the closest dealer but I will NEVER buy a car from those guys. Anyway, I saw an ad for some pre-owned certified 5 series cars from Flemington and thought I would check them out. I spoke to their internet sales person first who was very helpful and prompt in getting me the information I requested. I decided to visit them on a Saturday but learned the internet person does not work on weekends. No problem the receptionist took my information and said she would have a salesperson ready for me at the agreed upon time. I received a return phone call to confirm my appointment was set. I arrived at the dealer and my salesperson Aubrey was waiting for me at the receptionists desk. She was very pleasant and we had a nice chat about this and that, she made me feel very at ease. She asked me all the right questions regarding my visit and my needs. After pulling up the information I required she helped me to narrow my choices to three cars. Aubrey then took me on a test drive of the car she felt best fit my needs. She was right, I drove out of the dealership that afternoon with that very car! The entire process was smooth and the best part was the price of the pre-owned car was better than I had found with comparable miles/equipment and I did a fair amount of research. They were fair with my trade, not great but hey they are in business to make money. All in all the experience with Flemington BMW was a great one and Aubrey really deserves a lot of credit. She is the kind of salesperson you want when you go to buy a car, friendly, intelligent and a warm person. More
