I was comfortable from start to finish and no matter how many times I called with questions I never got the feeling that "When is this guy going to buy the car already?"; was going through Michael's mind. He never made me feel beneath him like other BMW salespeople have at other BMW dealerships. Flemington BMW dealership employees were always friendly and helpful. The dealership was always clean in the showroom as well as inside the vechiles. Byron, the General Manger, was great to work with as well. I received a fair price for my new 2011 X-5.
