Scott made the experience of purchasing our new X3 very enjoyable. I never felt pressured during the process and he let me take the car out for a lengthy test drive. Service was excellent. My Client Advisor (Rick Buscavage) was fantastic. I HATE buying cars, and he made the process as painless as possible. He was very low key, but very interested in making sure I was satisfied. He got me a very fair price for my trade, as well as on my new car. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone interested in buying a BMW. If I had an "complaints" about the process, it would be have to do with the tires that come with the car. It is great that they allow you to drive up to 50 (or is it 100?) miles if you get a flat. But the downside is that the tires cannot be repaired at all (even with just a small hole) and most be replaced entirely. At $300 - $400 a tire. On top of that, the tire walls are designed in such a way that, if you do blow (say by hitting a pothole), there is apparently a much higher risk that the tire wall will damage the wheel rim as well -- costing hundreds more to replace. So, of course, here comes BMW to the rescue with an additional tire-specific warranty that allows you to match the term of your CPO (at a cost of well into the four figures). My complaint is that you only learn about all of this at the very end --after you go through the process of negotiating the price for your car and the trade in, as well as working out all of the financing terms -- when you are taking delivery of the car. And, unlike all of the other potential add on options (extended service plan, dent less repair option, etc.) that are available, BMW forces you to buy this add on warranty on the spot before you take delivery. The whole way that BMW handles this feels a bit like a "gotcha". With that said, I do not want my objections about the tire issue to take away from my assessment of Flemington BMW or my Client Advisor. It all fairness, I do not think my complain is really a dealer issue. This is really much more of a BMW issue. More

Our client advisor, Jan Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process, and was very accommodating to us and our children despite our busy schedule. It was quite refreshing to go through the purchase process and not feel pressured in any way. Jan Michael simply and clearly explained the features and benefits of both the vehicle and the dealership (free car washes are awesome!) He made sure we were completely satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, even going the extra mile for us by personally assisting with detailing it before we took possession of it.
