Ryan Guercio was friendly, well informed, and a good communicator throughout the process (without being pushy). He always delivered on what he promised. At the end, Flemington BMW had a very competitive price (I talked to 3 other BMW dealers and visited one other), and offered me fair value for my trade in. This dealership does the BMW name proud as they have thoroughly gone over every inch of the vehicle to make sure it "looks new and drives new" exactly as the TV commercials say. I initially contacted Ron Dargenio about a 2006 X5 that was posted on their website. Always wary of "used car" salesmen, he seemed to be both friendly AND upfront about the vehicles and the way he does business. Upon arriving at the showroom and browsing among the NEW cars, I met Ron and asked to see the X5 that I had expressed interest in. He told me to turn around because "you just passed it". The 2006 X5 was sitting in the showroom among new and other Pre-owned BMW's and I was amazed that they ALL looked NEW. I was impressed. I had been to about 6 Infiniti dealers to look at FX35's and they were ALL kept in back lots all huddled together and filthy dirty, as if they were getting ready to be shipped overseas or something. BMW and especially Flemington BMW does it right. After doing the test drive during which Ron explained all of the features and advantages of owning a pre-owned BMW, we sat down to do the deal. This was accomplished in about ten minutes of honest and up front negotiations where we came away with a very fair price for a great vehicle. Even though the car was showroom clean, Ron had it cleaned again after the test drive while we did the paperwork which didn't take long at all. We were very impressed with Ron, the dealership, and the level of respect and service given to us. The experience was just like buying a brand new BMW. We live 50 miles away from Flemington BMW but I will be going back for my next car regardless of the travel. Thank you Flemington BMW, and especially thanks to Ron Dargenio. More
