Scott has taken Customer Service for his customers to new heights. One of our vehicles an X3 has a Flat Tire(RunFlat tire) problem with a large screw embedded in it. Scott called the BMW dealer in Danbury, Ct made all of the arrangements and even had the dealer waiting for my Wife until she drove in to the store the following morning....Without Scott's help we would have had a very difficult time. As it was, things went smoothly all because of Scott's careing and super assistance. BRAVO SCOTT! Scott said he stands ready 24/7 to help all of his cusomers. He has become a friend and when we are ready in 3 years to renew our two BMW Leases, Scott can look for another order from us. I will deal only with Scott while he is with Flemington BMW. More

I did look at other cars and also contacted other dealerships in the area, Victor and Flemington BMW were by far the most responsive. Victor is a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed getting to know him. I called several times over a short period of time and he answered all my questions patiently. I felt no pressure at all and very much appreciated his honesty.
