Recently I was in search of a CPO BMW and initially my search was based entirely on price. Working with salesperson Scott Smith has been a very enjoyable experience. The price was fair and Scott and Flemington's overall professionalism and attention to every detail made buying a car fun. Scott helped to search within a 150 miles to be sure their price was fair, provided en excellent fact based overview of all the extended services available and even entertained my kids while I signed the paperwork. By the time I left my phone was sychronized with the car, phone book was downloaded and key addresses loaded into the GPS. Last year, I purchased an X3 for my wife for Christmas. This year I purchased a 535i for myself. Both were purchased at Flemington BMW. This is the first time that I can honestly say that I've found an honest, reputable, and responsive dealership that is worthy of my repeat business. My sales person, Scott Smith, was courteous, informative, responsive, and efficient. It was a pleasure working with him. Michael is very knowledgeable about cars and the entire purchasing process. He walked me through each step,explained my options and accepted my decisions without argument. After having 3 Audis it was time for a change..I was new to BMW and had no idea where to begin. I worked with Tom Terrill from start to finish who was FANTASTIC! He calculated and explained in detail four different financial options for me to choose from so I would feel comfortable with the monthly payment. He constantly kept me updated on the status of the car, and took care of all my Audi lease paperwork so switching to BMW was an absolute breeze. He thoroughly explained the difference between each car, as well as each package that is offered..it was so, so easy and not at all stressful. I picked up my car a few days later, and he carefully explained every form I had to sign, and then explained what every single button in the car did. I would have been absolutely lost without his guidance!! I left the dealership feeling confident in understanding what the car had to offer, and he even gave a check up call the next day to see if I had any concerns. Flemington BMW is awesome, free car washes for the entire time I have the car! Tom also went out of his way and returned my old license plates during his break! Seriously, Flemington BMW was incredible, and when you go, you HAVE to work with Tom!! He is hands down the best, truly cares about the customer and what they want, and it is truly genuine.
