Our new car arrived ahead of schedule in perfect shape, and Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. He also spent a lot of time reviewing the features of the vehicle. Furthermore, the transaction was hassle-free and effortless. Howard Fromm was totally prepared with the finance paperwork on our purchase, and there were no surprises. Scott still patiently explained to me every features and took me for a test drive. I felt very comfortably and there was no pressure for purchase. When I decided on the car, Scott and Becky stayed late to finish the paper work. Because I could not find a ride to pick up the car next Monday, Scott offered to deliver the car at my house, after I came back from work. Additionally, I found out later that Flemington BMW offers free pick up and delivery service. That is a great time saver for me. I am not sure if there is anything else I can ask both Scott and Flemington BWM to do better. More

I live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and could have done business with several dealerships that are closer to me. I ended up leasing from Flemington for several reasons. Cindy Hughes' response to my auto club pricing inquiry was timely and courteous. Scott Smith's follow up to various questions I posed via email were thorough and helpful. When I visited the dealership to finalize my decision and "sign the deal" Scott was very professional, clearly focused on making sure I was happy with both my car choice and the terms of the lease. Finally, when I visited to pick up the new car, both Scott and Howard Fromm were very helpful and informative about various car care and repair options available to me, but there was no pressure to sell me options that I decided I didn't want. All in all this was the best car buying experience I've had. I would recommend Flemington BMW to a friend and will return there next time I'm in the market for a BMW. More

In spirit of full disclosure I'm a repeat customer of Flemington BMW so I was inclined to go back to them when buying my new 2012 3 Series. I had initially done a test drive at another dealership and had a less positive experience (see my review). I walked away from there determined I was going to buy a new BMW (the car sold itself). I did some on-line shopping and gave Scott a complete configuration of what I wanted. Flemington matched the price that they needed to. I was able to complete the entire transaction on-line sending scanned copies of the order. Mine was a custom order and I knew with it being a new model that I would wait a while for it to come in. I never felt pressured dealing with Scott. He's extremely responsive via phone or e-mail (my preferred communication mechanism). When I picked up my car there was, of course, the obligatory attempt to upsell on extended maintenance, PDR (paintless dent removal) and a few other things. However, nothing beyond what you will get from any other dealer and a lot less than you will get from most. I highly recommend Flemington, in general, and Scott in particular. More

I visited several dealership before I walked into flemington BMW and met Scott. He is so friendly and gave me many useful suggestions on what features to look for in a car. He offered me a very good deal and helped on every aspect to make the buying process easy for me. When I went pick up the car, Scott showed me all the features in the car and helped me set up the car exactly the way I wanted. I don't think anyone can be as detailed as Scott! Our first (and last) visit to this particular BMW dealership has finally confirmed our impression that all of the BMW dealerships will always treat you like you're a 3rd-rate person who is "blessed" dealership has finally confirmed our impression that all of the BMW dealerships will always treat you like you're a 3rd-rate person who is "blessed" to be even allowed to step into their building. Flemington BMW may be one of the highest rated North East BMW dealership (according to BMW's official "Center of Excellence" 2011 award documentation), but from what we experienced, it may as well be the worst. Our experience with whomever employee that was "assisting" us and providing the test drive was just as bad as with any other BMW dealership we visited - from the very onset he (too bad I already threw his card with his name away) was clearly not interested in providing us with the test drive, taking a long time to get the test drive model and then parking it in front of the building and proceeding to chat for several minutes with another employee before getting inside the building and inviting us to drive that car. During the test drive he was also reluctant in even attempting to strike the conversation and was providing such horrible answers as "hey, I'm not an engineer, you know - I just sell these things" about different car features and actually recommending other brand's (the Mercedes - a brand that Flemington dealership chain doesn't sell) models as a better alternative (which may be actually a better choice for us, but not really a "professional" thing to say and not very confidence-inspiring about whole BMW brand). Long story short - we were all clearly dissatisfied with that person's behavior (we were treated much, MUCH better in EVERY aspect, especially technical questions, when we visited Flemington's VW/Porsche/Audi dealership across the highway to shop for our 4th "vacation" vehicle) and will never bother visiting this particular dealership (or any other NJ/NY BMW dealership for that matter). This was my first real experience buying a true luxury sedan. I had visited other BMW dealers in and around the Main Line and Philadelphia(where I live). After going through a search for the 335x,i with all of the bells and whistles that I wanted, I ended up at Flemington. They had the best price around and from the moment I walked in the door I was taken care of from Jan Michael Blakley. He took the time to sit in the car before and after my test drive so I understood every single feature that made this care unique. I was blown away by the thoroughness that I received. Mainly, because I test drove the same model car the day before at Devon Hill and the salesman did not explain one thing about the car. I received the type of attention and professionalism one would expect from a BMW dealer at Flemington. I love my new car and will come back when I buy my next one. More
Being a long time customer of the Flemington Dealerships, we were interested in purchasing a BMW. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted professionally and Jan Michael Blakely was assigned to help us in our search. We found a gorgeous 750i in the showroom and asked if we could test drive it. Jan Michael and other staff promptly got the vehicle out of the showroom and we were off in no time!! Needless to say, we ended up trading in our vehicle for this beauty! Jan Michael and the staff at Flemington BMW could not have treated us any better! They were kind and professional, as well as a lot of fun to work with. They feel like family! Every time we go there we have such a great experience! We will not go anywhere else!! More
