I was looking for a new or slightly used X5. Given some other recent car buying experiences, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and courtesy extended by the team at Flemington. It started with a straight forward, honest and candid interaction with Cindy via the internet - she provided some options based on what I was looking for and a range on my trade in. I came down, and was introduced to Victor. He did a great job on getting me into a new x5 on the floor, worked with me to get a decent price on my trade and was thorough in exploring my lease/buy decision. Despite the dealer computers crashing late on month-end Monday (they were busy!), the staff was understanding and managed to get the paper work completed in short order and the next day, Victor came to deliver my car and things have worked out fine. They really know the cars well and Victor also spent almost an hour acquainting me with all the technology and gadgets in the vehicle, saving me time later on. Given the range of BMW options we have in NJ, I would highly recommend going to Flemington. In my experince, they listened and assessed what my needs were, and helped me get there. Thanks! Rick More

Scott followed up via email in a very comprehensive manner, giving me all the information I requested and in a very timely manner. When I finally decided to buy, Scott again was there to help. He didn't rush the process and was very helpful in dealing with final pricing, options, and everything that needed to be arranged. He brought Howard Fromm into review pricing, finance options and reviewed several analysis on different payment methods etc. He was also very friendly and easy to deal with. On pick up day, Scott arranged to have me picked up from my home and brought to the dealership. He spent a great deal of time reviewing all the paperwork as well as features within the car. Howard was also helpful in making last minute changes to some financing items. All in all it was a great experience!!! More
