I have always been uncomfortable walking in a car showroom. I have at times walked in and walked right out. This was not the case. Your showroom was beautiful and there were no sales people hanging o showroom. I have at times walked in and walked right out. This was not the case. Your showroom was beautiful and there were no sales people hanging out at the front door smoking and waiting there for there next victim. I walked in and was allowed to roam without being overwhelmed by sales people. I was greeted by your salesman Victor Velez and actually allowed to take the time and explain what my families needs were. He actually listened to me!!! This is rare as some sales people do not. We discussed at length coming out of a SUV and moving into a sedan was a big step for us. We were not sure if a sedan would work because we are a family of four and a dog and none stop running around. I was given the chance to look at a couple of models to compare and determined which one was best for us. Without any hesitation Victor said let's take the car out for a test ride. The test ride was an excellent experience as Victor explained everything in the car as I was using all the systems. I was not rushed at all. We came back to the showroom and was allowed time to discuss with each other the decision to purchase. Victor really took his time and made our buying experience an enjoyable one. First, I had to overcome my over amplified dread of dealing with the new car buying experience. The guy turns out to be genuinely interested in who I am and what I really want in a car-midnight blue X5, by the way. He later meets my entire family when he offers to take a test drive to my house. (Tip: show your wife first before buying. I made that mistake with my BMW motorcycles-twice) . He and the dealership were total gentlemen when I asked if I could change the interior and exterior colors, 2 weeks into the order. "No problem", he says. In short, Scott is the man. Ask for him when you walk in. Guaranteed to be a great experience. And you're likely to make a new friend as part of the deal. We're still emailing each other, a month after I got the car. Scott has taken Customer Service for his customers to new heights. One of our vehicles an X3 has a Flat Tire(RunFlat tire) problem with a large screw embedded in it. Scott called the BMW dealer in Danbury, Ct made all of the arrangements and even had the dealer waiting for my Wife until she drove in to the store the following morning....Without Scott's help we would have had a very difficult time. As it was, things went smoothly all because of Scott's careing and super assistance. BRAVO SCOTT! Scott said he stands ready 24/7 to help all of his cusomers. He has become a friend and when we are ready in 3 years to renew our two BMW Leases, Scott can look for another order from us. I will deal only with Scott while he is with Flemington BMW. More

This was my first BMW purchase and best car buying experience I've ever had. I contacted Victor on Monday and he quickly got back to me with a price and list of cars that met my needs. I did look at other cars and also contacted other dealerships in the area, Victor and Flemington BMW were by far the most responsive. Victor is a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed getting to know him. I called several times over a short period of time and he answered all my questions patiently. I felt no pressure at all and very much appreciated his honesty.
