Every year for the past 15 years I purchase at least 2 or 3 new cars or trucks for personal and business. I have never filled out one of these surveys. I must say that Scott went out of his way to make my experience as pleasurable as buying a car could be. I have to say not being a fan of BMW that I think Scott made me understand the cost of ownership difference between BMW and the other cars I own. I will definately put BMW on the top of my list for the cars I purchase in the future. More
