Within minutes, they found me the car that other dealers were unable to locate given weeks to do so. It arrived several weeks later from Germany and as promised, I took delivery before December 31st. With an incentive, the numbers were better than I expected. It was a totally “non-hassle” experience and even with a trade-in, everything went smoothly. They are open, honest, and treat their customers the way that one would expect from BMW. I can’t say thank you enough and would definitely recommend Flemington BMW to anyone shopping for a car. Every year for the past 15 years I purchase at least 2 or 3 new cars or trucks for personal and business. I have never filled out one of these surveys. I must say that Scott went out of his way to make my experience as pleasurable as buying a car could be. I have to say not being a fan of BMW that I think Scott made me understand the cost of ownership difference between BMW and the other cars I own.
