Since I was coming from New York and had a 2 hour ride he scheduled a road test appointment. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. The deal hinged on getting a fair value for my trade in and after a brief negotiation Chris was able to make it happen. The paperwork process went smoothly and I took the car home the same day. I paid a fair price and got fair value for my trade-you can't ask for more than that. It is obvious these people want to sell cars. More
