One of our purchases (many years ago) had a recurring problem; and Ed, and the dealership, went to bat with BMW to offer an attractive buy-out/swap for a new replacement vehicle. Flemington BMW's Aubrey Kiley Garson listened to what I was seeking in the new BMW 5 series including MPG and options. Aubrey then spent time explaining the various features / enhancements from my curre I was seeking in the new BMW 5 series including MPG and options. Aubrey then spent time explaining the various features / enhancements from my current 5 series BMW. Then amazingly, while I was sitting at the dealership, Aubrey was able to locate the exact car as we discussed including exterior color, interior color, all the specific features such as the Cold Weather package, GPS etc. I actually felt bad as I wasn't sure how fast my company's paperwork would proceed to acquire this corporate car thus I cautioned Aubrey not to ship the car from the southern state to Flemington until we were further along with the paperwork from my employer. Aubrey took the chance and had the car sent to Flemington; thus, I was in my new car within days versus what I thought could take weeks or even a month. My fellow co-workers who went to other Auto Dealers all waited for at least 4 to 5 weeks - Aubrey coordinated the transaction within days! Thank you for making the transition from my current car to the new 535xi smooth and enjoyable. Great experience! More

Gerry Vaughan is very helpful and knows his cars, I unfortunately have found it rare these days that you find a car salesman that actually knows the vehicles inside and out, Gerry does. We have only great things to say about Flemington BMW, Tom Terrill, Ed Kiley, Gerry Vaughn and Becky Kosar. After a quick phone call to the dealership about a BMW that we saw on-line, we drove the 40+ mil Tom Terrill, Ed Kiley, Gerry Vaughn and Becky Kosar. After a quick phone call to the dealership about a BMW that we saw on-line, we drove the 40+ miles to test drive a new 328i that they had on the lot. We entered the dealership and we were promptly greeted and introduced to Ed. Very professional, yet friendly he talked to use about the car we were interested in. He then introduced us to Tom Terrill who helped us buy the car I really wanted. Tom, extremely polite, professional, friendly and patient really worked hard and gave us his undivided attention. During my test drove of the BMW 328i (same style I was trading in) Tom asked many questions of what I was looking for. The car that I test drove was the color I wanted but lacked the navigation system I needed. plus, I really wanted a convertible but needed trunk space, a feature that the 328i lacks. Tom then spent time looking in inventory for a car that would make me happy. We then went to the basement area to see another car and unfortunately, I didn't like the color. Right next to the blue 328i was the cutest black 128i 2-door coupe convertible that I fell in love with. Tom spent time going over the car, checking to make sure it had all the features I wanted. He then had the car brought outside so I could test drive, convertible down. Fun to drive factor of 10+ and this is my 5th BMW. Tom knew everything about the car, every feature and how they worked. There was no pressure while Ed was working the numbers. The waiting area was clean, quiet and we we offered water or coffee. The deal was done, I gave in my car. Gerry worked with me on the Onstar feature and got everything setup in a short amount of time. Very personable and knowledgable. We met Becky to start the paperwork, she was organized and friendly, explaining everything. and then, the power goes out in town and the computers go down. The only thing left to do was actually sign the paperwork. Without a car, since I gave mine in, Ed quickly got me a loner car for Sunday. Tom drove the car down to me on Monday at my convenient time and spent much time going thru the navigation system, setting up my blue tooth, making sure I was fully prepared, etc. Well above the call of duty. This was by far the best BMW experience I had. Great dealership, great people, great product. thanks Tom and everyone. More

In closing the deal, we want to thank Vince Dillon for walking us through the financial and reviewing thoroughly the cars features. Finally, Byron Brisby, Jr., continues to be a friendly face and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the car buying experience! We will back!! More

Scott and I met to see the car, discussed and discovered the mulitude of bells and whistles and dilgently followed up with any issues I had before handing over the keys. Although I came in with financing already set up, Howard quickly beat the rate I had, saving me dollars from the onset. After the purchase, Scott answered emails and calls in record time, making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. If every car dealer was like Scott, the world would be a better place! More
