I usually keep my cars until they reach or exceed 100,000 miles (and become attached to them), so when I decided to trade in my beloved van that had a lot of memories and miles, I started to dread the experience. However, because Mike and David were so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable I knew that I was in good hands. David, in particular, actually made the experience enjoyable. John, her sales manager was very nice and simple to deal with, while Rebecca took care of the paperwork. A very simple and smooth transaction. Since then my first oil change was a breeze and though I had a problem with my navigation system, Flemington BMW replaced it the same day.
