Great Experience I just purchased a new BMW from Flemington BMW and had a great experience working with this dealership and, in particular, with JR Nast. I originall I just purchased a new BMW from Flemington BMW and had a great experience working with this dealership and, in particular, with JR Nast. I originally came to the dealership to look at a slightly used 2015 vehicle that I had seen advertised on the internet. However, after test-driving it, I realized it didn't have certain equipment I desired. J.R. did not pressure me or try to push me into that vehicle. He could see it wasn't quite what I wanted and he did not want to push me to settle for something less. Instead, he continued to search for vehicles that matched my criteria and ultimately I purchased a new 328d that had exactly the equipment I was looking for in my preferred color. J.R. worked hard to earn the business and kept me apprised every step. I live in Philadelphia, so there are certainly many BMW dealerships that are closer to my home. However, given the experience I had, I would certainly travel back to Flemington BMW when it's time for the next BMW! More

We roamed about the showroom and the lot for about 15 minutes or so, without anyone asking us if we needed help. We finally had to ask for help at the desk, and then after another small wait were given a sales rep. We had seen the X3 at a car show in Allentown that this dealer had participated in. That car had been sold to another dealership and they really had no inventory for us to select from. He offered to build one for me on the internet that would arrive in about two weeks and would save it for me if I put down a deposit. I wanted to see the car in person and drive it before I put money down. We said we would get back to them. Ralph DelGaudio did an excellent job explaining by phone the features and options of the BMW on which I sought information and was a gentleman during the negotiation process. When I drove from Michigan to pick up the car, Chris Leahy was incredibly helpful in introducing me to the car features and how to operate them. He even paired my iPhone to the car's blue tooth. Most impressively, Chris maintained contact with me after I drove the car back to Michigan and ensured that any further questions I had were answered. Overall, I couldn't have wished for a more enjoyable car-buying experience. It was worth the long drive to do business with Flemington BMW. More
