He told me about the pull ahead program and explained it in full detail. I decided to go for the offer and then we proceeded to find the car that I wanted. Tom delivers excellent service. He is patient, understanding, not pushy, and explains everything in great detail. When I get up from his desk-- I know exactly what the sale was and NO Buyers Remorse. Upon delivery, he sat with me and we went over the car features. Again a wonderful experience. I would recommed Tom Terrill to anyone purchasing a BMW. I feel good about the sale. I am in sales and hope that all my clients fell about my sales technique the way that I do about Tom,s. Flemington BMW has a great leader-- Ed Kiley-- so warm and friendly and his great way of running the dealership is passed down to all of his sales people. More

Tony really took his time while he spoke to make sure he fully explained the functions of the car. Everything felt very relaxed, not rushed, and no pressure.
