After we identified the car we were interested in leasing, Michael coordinated efforts to help us obtain a price for our trade and to learn more about the vehicle and about the benefits of owning a BMW. Likewise, Becky Kosar answered my emails promptly and clarified information regarding the protection plans available. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision and ultimately we felt we had a fair deal. Michael provided an extensive tutorial when we picked up the car and was extremely patient! He subsequently returned my phone calls to answer additional questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. First off, I live in MN and this dealership is in NJ. I found a car I was interested in through Autotrader and contacted the dealership via email. Ralph DelGaudio followed up with me; after a couple emails found a car I was interested in through Autotrader and contacted the dealership via email. Ralph DelGaudio followed up with me; after a couple emails/phone calls back and forth I decided this car was for me (Ralph was very helpful, sent me additional interior pics, etc). From that I point I worked with Vince Dillon to iron out the details and with Howard Fromm on financing through BMW. I decided to fly out, pick up the car and drive it home to MN. Vince arranged for a very pleasant man named Norm to pick me up from the airport. When we got to the dealership the car was exactly as described and I would rate it in excellent condition. Before signing any paperwork Vince and I took the car for a spin and he showed me some of the features (paired bluetooth phone w/car etc.). Signing all of the paperwork with Howard was a breeze, he mentioned the additional warranties, etc. but was not pushy at all. After all was said and done I asked Vince if they sold an Aux cable at the dealership so that I could listen to music on my phone through the car stereo (I didn't think to bring mine...), he gave me his Aux cable out of his car! All in all, I am extremely happy with the car, the purchasing process and everyone that I worked with at Flemington BMW and I would highly recommend them, whether your local or live halfway across the country. It is always a very pleasant buying experience at Flemmington BMW. We found all of the employees to be friendly and helpful, even if they were not dealing with you. Scott was very professional and easy to work with we received a fair price for our trade in and a great price on the vehicle we purchased. Scott on a Saturday afternoon, stayed in constant contact with us as we went through the sales process. Great personality and a pleasure to do business with. Buying a car can be a time consuming experience. In this case, it was not. We appreciate the no nonsense and speed in closing the deal. We highly recommend this Scott and this dealership. More

Flemington BMW’s a place that is very appealing, a place to bring friends, co-workers and family members. At soon as you enter Flemington BMW dealership an employee was ready to help, first I was asked by the receptionist what I am looking for, then referred to a client advisor named Scott J. Smith. Moreover, until I found what I’m looking for, the client advisor was not giving up on me. This is one the reasons I am giving Flemington NJ a five out of five stars. I found the car I was looking for at a price I am able to afford, drove it home the next day. Before I purchase the car everything was explain to me thoroughly on how much the car worth and how long it will take me to pay the car in full plus the interest rate. I was very confident in the information that the Business Manager Becky Kosar was giving me. I feel like she understood what was she was talking about and was able to give me good advice; I did not doubt her for one second. If any of my friends, co-worker or family member where looking to buy a BMW I would definitely referred them to Scott and Becky Kosar at Flemington BMW because I know they will help them find a BMW that they will find desirable. Scott was so eager to help me find a car; until I found the car I was able to afford he kept showing me many options. He was very patient, I felt no pressure. For instance I have free car wash and free vacuum the life of my car. After more than a month of driving my BMW I have no complain what so ever about their service.
