Great Experience I had a great day today at Flemington BMW. From the moment I arrived until the evening when I left, i was treated superbly by J.R., Jan, and Ed. J.R I had a great day today at Flemington BMW. From the moment I arrived until the evening when I left, i was treated superbly by J.R., Jan, and Ed. J.R. was my first contact at the dealer. He walked me through the entire process of locating, selecting, understanding, test driving, purchasing, and getting acclimated in my car. He was never pushy at all and let my preferences dictate the process. Of particular note was the test drive we took. I had been looking forward to that experience for quite some time. J.R. guided me to a route where I could really get a feel for driving the car. He encouraged me to drive the car aggressively and I did. Due to an unforeseen circumstance (on my part) we encountered a snag in the process of trading in my car. J. R. and Ed came up with a creative solution to my problem which allowed me to drive my new car home this evening. Jan was also helpful and honest in taking me through the financing aspect of the process. In sum, I felt as if these three men did everything they could to ensure that I had a great experience today. This is the third BMW I have leased over the past seven years. I wish I knew about them before. I picked up the car on July 31st and the process went smoothly with no surprises. I plan to go back there next year when my wife's 428x lease is up. There is a BMW within two miles of my house in Bergen County but it was worth my while to drive 70 miles to Flemington.
