Our first BMW After doing our research for weeks my wife and I had decided our next car was going to be a BMW. We headed out to several dealers to find a 2015 BMW. After visiting several dealers with only a few choices we found Flemington BMW who had the largest selection of PO autos with extremely low mileage and the lowest pricing we had seen. When we arrived we met their sales associate Noha Amin who was an absolute delight. She was such a great person to deal with, there was no sales pressure she was very knowledgeable about their product and was able to answer all our questions. She was attentive to all our concerns. There were questions to be answered the next couple days and she was prompt in returning our calls and e-mails. She was polite and earned our business. I can honestly say there were no negative aspects to our experience, I will definitely buy from them again. More

Awesome experience from beginning to end! Not having bought a new car in a number of years, I was not sure what to expect. From the first time I walked in the door to the time I drove home in Not having bought a new car in a number of years, I was not sure what to expect. From the first time I walked in the door to the time I drove home in my new car (535 xi), the entire staff was not only courteous but also respectful and extremely knowledgeable. My main point of contact was Tom Terrill. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the various products. What impressed me most was his professionalism and ability to listen to me and discern what was most important in choosing a new car. He is also very patient and went a few extra miles to make sure I was taken care of. Tom was able to take an otherwise stressful process and make it into one that I actually enjoyed. He really cared about me and my decision. He is not pushy and has integrity, it's not just about the "sale" with Tom. Finally, it is evident that he wants to turn what is normally just a transaction into a lasting relationship. A few of my friends have used Tom in the past and they all say the same thing about him. I also dealt with Rebecca Kosar. She is extremely outgoing and also very knowledgeable about the various products. Again, she, too, was able to turn a transaction that normally causes stress and anxiety into one that was extremely pleasurable. I would recommend Flemington BMW to my friends, family and colleagues. Very warm and friendly dealership I was given this dealer as a recommendation from someone I had bought my prior BMW's with. My first BMW experience with this gentleman was very nice. He was very personable to the point where we felt like friends. We just clicked right away.. When I was ready for my 2nd BMW he was no longer at the dealership I had bought from originally. So I of course followed him to his new place employment. There was nothing wrong with that dealership they were very nice as well I just felt comfortable dealing with my sales person. I did purchase my 2nd BMW with him and that new dealership, needless to say not all BMW dealerships are the same. I will never go back and have become very careful in choosing who I would be using for my next BMW. I will not name that dealership here based off the fact that this review is for Flemington BMW only. When Flemington BMW was recommended to me by my sales person who does not even work there, I of course was intrigued and decided to do some research on my own. Let me say out of all the digging, I have found no negative marks on this dealership what's so ever. I had directly worked with Michael Smeraglia & Rebecca Kosar. They were both extremely nice and very honest from the minute we said hello. Everyone at this dealership was very attentive and made me feel at home. The atmosphere as well was very warm and inviting. Its not very often that I will take the time to write a review but I felt this dealership deserved it. They truly seem to care about the customer and what is right for them, it isn't all about how much money they can walk away with. I would highly recommend this dealership and will most definitely be going back for my next BMW if that's what I decide on buying. More
