I usually keep my cars until they reach or exceed 100,000 miles (and become attached to them), so when I decided to trade in my beloved van that had a lot of memories and miles, I started to dread the experience. However, because Mike and David were so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable I knew that I was in good hands. David, in particular, actually made the experience enjoyable.
