When I first met Mike, I told him that I was just starting to look at new cars and, in addition, to the BMW tha Michael O'Connor was outstanding. When I first met Mike, I told him that I was just starting to look at new cars and, in addition, to the BMW that I planned to look at Mercedes and Audi. I appreciated his recognition that all of these brands are great cars and that it likely really gets down to what you feel most comfortable with in the end. He also told me where the other dealers were located. Wow! Even though I came into the dealership with a particular car in my mind, he pointed out another model for consideration. The reason that he did was because that he thought that this other model would be easier for me to get in and out. And he was definitely, right. On this visit, he spent quite a bit of time with me going over features and going on a test drive. We ended the visit by us agreeing that I would get back in touch after I checked out the other vehicles. Once I decided on a BMW, I set up an appointment with him for my wife and I to come into the dealership. My wife and I decided on a 335xi Gran Turismo based in large part on Mike's expert knowledge of the car's features. Mike never tried to recommend a car out of my price point. The negotiation process on the lease was very transparent Mike was always respectful, never pushy and paid close attention to all of our questions and challenges. The lease process was painless unlike others that I have had at other dealers. When I came back for the delivery the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the car was ready and there were no last minute issues. Finally, Mike spent a great deal of time, going over all of the features of the vehicle again and answering my questions. I left the dealership loving the car and feeling great about the experience. I highly recommend Michael O'Connor to anyone looking to acquire a BMW. More
