When I submitted my phone number on line I received a call back within 30 Minutes from a lovely r My search for a certified preowned BMW began online. When I submitted my phone number on line I received a call back within 30 Minutes from a lovely receptionist named Noha. She confirmed that the vehicle I was inquiring about was available and proceeded to schedule an appointment. She made the follow up call as I was on my way to the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Noha and paired with a salesman. We were made comfortable and Greg was very helpful, honest, an efficient in helping me find just the right deal I was looking for. When we struck a deal Rebecca was also very kind and efficient with expediting the paperwork to complete my transaction. Greg again demonstrated all the features of my new car and helped set up the necessary accounts for BMW and sattelite radio. The entire time Myself and my daughter were there we were offered refreshments and made to feel at ease and comfortable.
