I was moving forward with another car from another BMW dealership before I met Scott, but it didn't have everything I wanted since they didn't have it on the floor. I felt that person was trying to just make another transaction and was a little pushy. Then I was introduced to Scott, and didn't think twice. I told him what I was looking for, and he surpassed my expectations. Craig and John also helped a great deal! Scott even delivered my car right to my office and drove my old car back just so I wasn't inconvenienced. Truly a five star experience! More

Purchase of a Certified Preowned 2011 535ix My wife and I had previously stopped in a number of months ago to look at a few vehicles that were listed on their website. At that time we were both disappointed and put off by the sales person who took care of us. A number of months passed by and we had not done anything purchase wise. We then saw another vehicle listed on their website. The main reason we decided to give them another try was at our first encounter at the dealership we did have the pleasure of meeting Vince. Vince made us feel special, he listened to us as potential customers and took the time to talk to us about the different BMW models. Vince was the only reason why we came back to the Dealership. After coming back to the Dealership we were fortunate enough to have Krystal Lewis this time. From the moment my wife and I met with her we knew we were in good hands. Krystal could not have been nicer in dealing with us, especially myself as I am known to be a pain. My wife and I had been driving for over 24 years another European Manufacturer of Automobiles that were built in Sweden but they are no longer in business. As such we had lots of questions about BMW's and Krystal was able to give us the answers. If she did not know the answer to any of our questions she researched it and got back to me. She had such patience with me about all aspects of the deal. It truly was a pleasure dealing with her. At no time did I feel pressured, she was always calm and professional. It was an enjoyable buying experience because of her. I would have no hesitation about recommending Krystal to all of our friends, family and my clients as well, in doing business with her.
