As we all have increasing demands on our time, Tom worked with me remotely, via email and phone, to save me time. Once it came time to finalize the paperwork, he accommodated my schedule, and looming inclement weather, to get me moving quickly. He had already taken care of contacting my insurance company, obtaining the temporary insurance card, as well as the registration/license plate paperwork. Tom worked together with Becky Kosar, who finished up the financing paperwork with me in a friendly and efficient manner. While the BMW vehicle reputation is well deserved, General Manager Byron Brisbee has cultivated a first class level of customer service that continues to impress me. More

After looking into an amazing Pre-Owned X3 on their web site, I entered into a twilight zone of exceptional service and care. I usually keep my cars until they reach or exceed 100,000 miles (and become attached to them), so when I decided to trade in my beloved van that had a lot of memories and miles, I started to dread the experience. However, because Mike and David were so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable I knew that I was in good hands. David, in particular, actually made the experience enjoyable. Never in my life did I think that would happen. From now on, I won't go anywhere else. More

Needless to say, none of that happened at Flemington BMW. Krystal was very easy to deal with, understood what I wanted, found it, and made our experience very enjoyable. John, her sales manager was very nice and simple to deal with, while Rebecca took care of the paperwork. A very simple and smooth transaction. Since then my first oil change was a breeze and though I had a problem with my navigation system, Flemington BMW replaced it the same day. Best experience to-date; better than MB in Edison and Flemington for sure! More

I was greeted by Mike as soon as I arrived and he quickly introduced me to Eric and the rest of the car leasing/buying process was stress free and enjoyable. I could not have asked for a friendlier and more welcoming environment than the one I walked into at this incredible dealership. Ive been to other luxury brand car dealerships and was left unimpressed too many times. This experience was definitely worth the 45 minute commute (Morris County resident) and I would do it all over again. More
