This was honestly the best car buying experience tha I recently purchased a new BMW SUV for my daughter from J.R. Nast at Flemington (New Jersey) BMW. This was honestly the best car buying experience that I have ever had and we have 4 cars in my family. J.R. Nast was my Sales Representative. J.R., his Manager Vince, and Jan were all incredibly customer focused and did everything they could to make this a great car buying experience. I rarely take the time to fill out these surveys but in this case I requested to be given a survey. Here are some of the reasons that I had such a positive car buying experience. First and most importantly... HONESTY!!! Each of the three people that we dealt with were very honest and transparent which rarely happens when you are buying a car. Second, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went after work and the dealership had actually closed while I was there. I did not even know that because no one made me feel rushed. Also, on the evening that we went to pick up the car, it was also late. Most people would have been anxious to just hand us the keys and get home since they already had the sale. Instead, JR took so much time explaining the car to my 16 year old daughter, function by function, and even gave her the offer to come back for a second lesson. He even offered his phone number so that she can call with any questions! Not many dealers do that. There are still features on my Lexus that I have no idea how to use after having my own car for several years as no one took the time to walk through them with me when I bought the car. JR even texted us when we got home to see how we liked the drive. Who does that? The third and final reason that I highly recommend this dealership is how we felt the entire time that we were there.. OVERALL BUYING EXPERIENCE. We were treated with respect, kindness, and like we were friends, not just people who were buying their daughter her first car. I almost forgot my favorite part of the experience.... JR placed a big pink bow on the car and a white curtain around it for the big reveal to my daughter. What a nice gesture from such a kind man which made my daughter's night so special. One last comment... this is our first BMW. The car drives AMAZING!!! Thank you for such a great experience, Flemington BMW. Happy birthday, my sweet Maria. The car was bought with more love than you can imagine :-) May it keep you safe through the next years of your life's journey. More

Exceptional Professionalism I was introduced to the Dealership by a friend. At first, I was somewhat apprehensive as I wasn’t sure that I would be a “qualified” client. Much to my amazement and delight (without any pressure), my concerns were immediately addressed and care was taken to ensure that I would be able to trade in my 2013 Nissan Rogue and purchase the 2013 328i. Not only did Noha go above and beyond her call of duty to accommodate me, but she ensured that I was able to purchase the vehicle within the time-frame that was financially feasible for me. Jan-Michael was equally as vigilant and diligent; he ensured that I was able to finance the car - there were no surprises when the paperwork was finalized. Two days after driving the car, it was returned to complete a few last minute (pre-determined) touches; a loaner vehicle was brought to my office by Trevor Baldwin who was equally as professional. Within a few short hours, Dana Claxton contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was ready, and she detailed everything that was done. However, she did not inform me that the car was washed and cleaned (again)! I am stunned at the extent to which Flemington BMW goes to satisfy every customer, regardless. I am already recommending my family, friends and colleagues to this exceptional dealership. Wow! More
