We followed our salesman Mark Carvalho to this dealership as his knowledge of BMW is amahzing plus he's incredibly patient and genuinely cares about his clients ensuring we are happy with what we end up purchasing. One comment on this dealership would be the old fashioned white shirts the staff has to wear with traditional ties. Personally I think it could be updated to reflect BMW buyers yet still maintain the level of professionalism we expect from BMW sales associates. Overall we are delighted to have found Mark and drive away in another dream BMW convertible ?? More
