Selling a car to a driving enthusiast can be a challenge. There are several parameters that car purchasers consider when choosing the right car and dealership that will meet their needs. Most will prioritize these parameters and then make the best choice based on how the car and the dealership compares to the competition. I always try to narrow down the search as quickly as possible. For me the order of importance is: A car that excites me every time i fire up the engine, the location of the dealership needs to be somewhat convenient to visit. The staff of the dealership are critical. They must be able to work as a team and also provide attention to detail. And finally price. I don't always choose the lowest price. I don't mind paying a competitive price that allows the dealership to make the profit they need to profit the three staff members that I have worked with so far, gave me what I was looking for. In particular Tom Terrill spent extra time to make sure I drove away with confidence, knowing how to operate a very high tech and high performance vehicle. More

While I didn't have several choices to look at and test drive (and this was based on my preferences), I really liked the one that I test drove and eventually ended up buying. My review is for the people I interacted with. For starters, an online inquiry was handled by Cindy. She was professional all the way through and never was too pushy with her follow up communications. Definitely recommend Cindy. She was awesome. My sales adviser was Howard. He was fantastic. The kind of guy who has been in the sales business for a long time, yet friendly and very personable. When we went for a test drive, he ensured that I got a through test drive, from curvy, bumpy roads to some highway driving. I really liked that part since that gave me a good feel for the car. When we sat down to talk numbers, he was just as awesome. He helped us get the price we wanted and was very easy to work with. I have had experiences where sales advisers are great with the test drive and talking to the details about the car, but when it comes to the negotiating, they get disrespectful. That was not the case with Howard. He was upfront about what wouldn't work and I appreciated that. He even helped me get my insurance setup with the new car, recommending some worthwhile changes along the way! To summarize, I would definitely recommend Flemington BMW and especially Howard. I am pretty sure you would have a pleasant buying experience with him! More

Tom always gave me the options, pricing, availability, etc. for each car I looked at. His follow through is great. When I finally decided on a model, the process was also extremely simple and pricing was great. I would recommend Tom (and have many times over the years). I also worked with Bill Hinton on a day that Tom was off. Again, no pressure and lots of knowledge. More
