My family has been customers of Flemington Car and Truck Country for 25 years and specifically the BMW dealership. Times have change but the Brisby family has endured. If you want to purchase a high end automobile, with no xx, no false promises, no bate and switch but just pay a reasonable amount with the best customer service in the tri state area, you have to at least go to Flemington BMW and see Gregg. Fortunately, Anatoliy and Noha did a great job at experience that I had. Everyone knows that going to the dealer is typically a dreadful experience. Fortunately, Anatoliy and Noha did a great job at making me feel at ease. Completely zero pressure with no typical sales tactics. At one point I wanted to offer a deposit to hold the car while I thought about it for a day, but Anatoliy said that he didn’t want to take any money unless I was 100% sure. First time I had a dealer not beg for a deposit. Noha also did a fantastic job with closing the transaction. Zero pressure. I’ll definitely be back and send my friends and family their way. More
