I live 2 hours north of town. When I arrived, the bay manager said my appointment had been for the previous week... but he might be able to fit me in. It took 7+ hours to perform what was described as a 3-4 hour task when I called. I never received any of the free oil changes because of my distance from the dealership, so I thought the oil change was comped. I verified with the bay manager that the oil change had been comped and he said the cashier forgot to charge me. I returned to pay for the oil change. The heated seats have never worked since I bought the vehicle -- I was told that the heated seats were not under warranty: It's the only defect in what otherwise has been a perfect truck. I've had two negative episodes [spanning 20 years] with prior vehicles, and both times, I was made to feel like a lier. Which is why I was careful to get the appointment straight, since I made my entire day revolve around it, but I must have been lying about that too. I addressed the recall only because my diagnostic reports makes me appear negligent: It was logical to have the dealership address the recall. Besides the heated seats, I haven't had any issues with this vehicle and I have no intention of replacing it. I do have serious trust issues with the dealership but there's no point in describing those issues when I'm accused of making stuff up. Hopefully, I won't have to go back. More
Took my car in to get an oil change, the guy calls me later and tells me my car is all ready. I go in and ask guy for my keys and he tells me the cashier has them. So I go back to the guy and he’s says let me see where your car is at, after about 10 mins he comes back and says it’s getting washed and I can see it coming out. I go up front wait for 15 mins and still no car. I’m walking around the parking area and notice my car is parked, now normally they tell you here’s your car have a good day but this day they just parked it. I go to my thinking I’m just gonna leave and that I’ll be the end of it but when I get to my car there’s no keys. I finally just say to the guy can some one find my keys I’ve been here for 45 mins and I’d like to leave. The guy who helped me wasn’t there but one of the other guys named JR went to try to find my guys and was very apologetic while his other co worker who was at the first desk just stood there and did nothing. Terrible customer service, definitely thinking twice about coming back for an oil change, the only reason I go there is because I bought the car there and the oil change is usually cheaper then other places but not so much anymore and especially if I have to deal with what I dealt with again. More
What a wonderful experience! Our car broke down on our way home from vacation. We were 1,200 miles from home, towed to Flagstaff Chevrolet, and the service department bent over backwards to help us! Dutch is AMAZING!!! Definitely an asset to this dealership. The turbo went out, BIG job, and they had to order parts. Dutch even helped us with the car rental. He personally walked us over to Brad’s office to rent a car. EVERYONE was SOOO friendly and helpful. I wish I could give 50 stars. The next time we go on vacation through Flagstaff, we will make it a point to stop at Flagstaff Chevrolet just to say hi to Dutch and Brad! Thank you for being there!!!!! More
The staff was awesome and nice. I just think it took to long to get the truck serviced and was a lot of money to replace two fuses. Sometimes days go smooth and sometimes they don’t . You never know what problems the guys are dealing with that happens when dealing with cars. More
I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2015 in January of 2016 at this dealership.. It was driven in Phoenix for a year. The service department has been helpful since then. A couple items were under warrenty. I have over 125,000 miles on it and plan on having it for a good while yet. All 4 of the lights went out through the years. Never had that happen on a car before. of course the movie screen in back is out for the second time and I'm not willing to drop over $800 to fix it. Recently had to replace torque converter etc.. I guess it's better than a whole new transmission. The service dept. has always been helpful. Unfortunately they know me which is good and bad. More

I’ll start with the most important piece of this, I live in PHOENIX!! Even though there are a number of Chevrolet dealerships in the valley, my truck search ended up taking me to Marxen Chevrolet in Flagstaff. I can honestly say I’m so glad it did. My experience there couldn’t have been better. Most of the buying process was done online and I don’t think I’d do anything any different in the future. Mr. Yazzie (Jerred) answered my initial email and from that point on he was the only person I needed to speak with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive from beginning to end. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was ready to go. I don’t know how likely it is that someone from the Phoenix area will see this but if you do, I wouldn’t hesitate giving Jerred and this dealership an opportunity to earn your business. I can assure you, you’ll be glad you did. More
