Professional, quick, and friendly I was in the market for a used car and found one I was interested in at the Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. Before I woke up the next morning, Joey had already called me back and sent me a text to let me know he was from the dealer. They did have the car, and he set up a test drive for later that day. I really appreciated being able to text him and call him on his cellphone because it made me feel like he valued me as a customer. He was very nice and wasn't at all like the "used car salesperson" stereotype and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Freddy in Finance also was respectful, professional, and friendly. Overall, highly recommend Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. More
