When I visited Five Star without an appointment, Dustin Cox was assigned to me. Although he was new to Subaru then, he explained everything about the Outback. He had previous experience in selling Kia cars. So he objectively explained the details of both vehicles. I finally decided to purchase Subaru Outback and I am happy that I did. When I was ready to purchase, I contacted Dustin by phone text and he worked with me diligently and provided me with the car I wanted and the price agreed to was good too. When I went to the dealership to take the delivery, Dustin had all the paper work was ready. He was very through in explaining the process of purchase. There were no surprises. Business process was done by Bill Alton and it was also a very pleasant experience. Dustin introduced me to the service people and explained how to get the service scheduled. After I got the keys to the car, Dustin spent a lot of time explaining the controls and adjustment features of the Outback. Purchasing my Outback at Five Star Subaru was a very pleasant experience. He had ready answers for all of my questions, and was informative without being over-informative or pushy. I would recommend him to friends or family looking to buy a new car. The showroom and offices are bright, clean, and well-appointed. Dustin rates 5 stars, but I can't quite bring myself to grant that fifth star to the dealership. The sales manager was a little pushy with the service contracts, and I was disappointed with the lack of seating for fat guys like me. Poor Dustin was stuck with dragging around a flimsy little chair from the employee break room, because all other customer seating had arms too narrow for my hips. Considering the reputation for roominess that Foresters have been garnering, it might be worthwhile for the dealership to invest in a sturdy, armless chair or two. Having seat-belt extenders available would be appreciated, but at least they gave me an "adjustment" on the price to compensate, so no points lost there. I am LOVING my new Forester, and I'll be coming back to Five Star Subaru for maintenance and service. In summary, an excellent experience with a personable, easy-going salesperson, and JUST shy of five stars for the overall experience. More

At the first visit, I was met by a salesperson (Dustin) who inquired about my interests and lined up some vehicles for test driving. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and provided valuable insight. What I loved most about this experience was that he was not pushy in the slightest like your typical car salesman. He gave me ample space to get a feel for the car and made sure to share all the features, but he did not push or pressure me in any way. In addition to just liking the Forester better than other cars I test drove, it was for this reason that I returned to Five Star Subaru. They are a respectful dealership who value giving their customers a positive purchase experience over just selling cars. I highly recommend them! More

In purchasing a new vehicle, it is a rare occasion to find a dealership with the ability to earn one's complete trust in today's market environment bu In purchasing a new vehicle, it is a rare occasion to find a dealership with the ability to earn one's complete trust in today's market environment but 5-Star Subaru is proof they do exist. We purchased two vehicles in two days (Legacy and Crosstrek) and throughout each purchase, Lee McDaniels and Steve Johnson honored their word. From my first conversation regarding the 2017 Subarus, Steve and Lee were straight forward with regard to pricing, availability, and dealer adds. Upon arriving at the dealership, they took the time to ensure my mother-in-law fully understood every aspect of the Crosstrek and how to exploit the current technology available within the vehicle to enhance the safety and convenience as her old vehicle was antiquated in this regard. The next day when I arrived to get the Legacy, the process was just as easy. As a consumer, I can honestly say that my experience with the 5-Star Subaru dealership was positive in every aspect. My requirements were established, discussed, and exceeded by the 5-Star Team. Our sincere appreciation goes out to Lee and Steve (Sales), along with Bill in Finance for a great car buying experience. It is comforting to know that dealerships which base their business on customer satisfaction while maintaining ethical standards still exist. Great experience! After finding the car I wanted on Five Star's website and leaving my contact information, Dustin was quick to respond. Later that day we decided to make the 40 minute drive and called him back on the way over. Dustin had the car ready to go when we got there and encouraged my husband and I to take an extended test drive. He was extremely personable and not the least bit pushy. Dustin patiently answered all our questions and spent over two hours with us at the end of the day before Easter. While we waited for the paperwork, everyone that passed by either spoke to us or offered refreshments. Although I can't rate their Quality of Work, my husband was especially impressed with the garage work area. The dealership was spotless and Dustin made it pain free. More
