Great dealership. Wing had called me a couple of times and I had just spoken to him less than a week prior. I told him it would probably be January before I would be looking to purchase a car. Unfortunately my current car had other ideas. He met us out in the lot smiling and very friendly. After looking at several models, i selected a White Forester to test drive. . After a pleasant drive returned to the dealership. Wing worked diligently to get together purchase financing arrangements we were comfortable with pursuing. I had only planned to look at my options; but due to his amicable personality and swift approval, i found myself signing up to purchase the vehicle. Wing and his Sales Manager answered all my questions and concerns. After completing the buying process Wing then took me to the fully detailed vehicle, explained all the extra features with how they worked. Wing is a very upbeat and totally professional salesman who took his time to make our time at the dealership satisfying and amazingly streamlined. It had been 20 years since i had purchased a new car. This experience has me excited to recommend Five Star Subaru and Wing in particular to my friends, relatives, and contacts in our community. The drive from south Grand Prairie to Grapevine was well worth the trip. As a woman, i felt very comfortable and quite well treated as a car buyer...something that some businesses lack. More

If you are anything like me, you might bring an advocate to tag along to make this potentially painful process - tolerable. In this case, Sean was the built in buyers advocate! He placed next to no pressure on me to do anything that would make me feel uneasy. Sean was wonderful in facilitating the purchase of my Subaru Outback. It felt like he was on my team and he in no way felt manipulative, swindling, demeaning or conniving. We test drove my vehicle twice (!!) , and he was SO patient to help me feel comfortable and confident in what I was purchasing. Sean, thanks for being real. I'll be sending my friends your way! I had scheduled a test drive for a 2018 Crosstrek and was promptly met at the door by friendly staff and my point of contact which was Mr. Joey Edwards. Joey was courteous and a true professional. He answered every question I asked, and gave me a tour of this beautiful facility (dealership). Not only was I allowed to drive the Crosstrek, I drove the 2018 Outback which has always been a favorite of mine. Joey provide me up front pricing and was transparent in every step of the process along the way. I wound up buying the Outback and am very pleased. Everyone I came in contact during my visit was easy to speak with. There was never any stress and I felt so at home.
