Love my Outback from Sean, Tony, Freddy and Dee!!! I was recommended to this dealership by a friend. Actually drove by two other Subaru dealerships to get to Grapevine - worth the trip!! First met the GM - Tony is great - promised amazing service and handed me off to Sean who is awesome - knows his Subarus!! Did finance with Freddy who was also very good at his job - and fun to work with! Then came back a few days later to meet with Dee who was set up to demo all the very cool tech features of my new Subaru Outback. So, in a few words - love the car and great dealership with whom to do business! More

He was super helpful and I knew I wanted to buy my new car here even though it is nearly an hour away. When I went there I was even more convinced this was the place to buy my car and have it serviced. Everyone is very nice and the dealership is very open. Happy Crosstrek Owner! Our experience was awesome! We were referred to the dealership by a friend in February/March, and purchased in mid March. The specific color and trim Our experience was awesome! We were referred to the dealership by a friend in February/March, and purchased in mid March. The specific color and trim Crosstrek that we wanted wasn’t at the dealership, or anywhere in the DFW area, and they found it in Austin, gave us a loaner while they transported it, and then had us test drive the car before we finalized our purchase. Sean was great the whole time. When we initially test drove a Crosstrek he was able to point out all of the features and demonstrate what the car was capable of. At no point during our experience did we feel pressured or hurried. Out of all my car buying experiences I have to say that this one was the easiest and nicest to date! I’ve also brought my car in for service twice since we bought it in March. The first time was for a scheduled oil change, the second was because I had gotten a nail in my tire during my commute. Both times I was there less than an hour and a half, everyone was friendly (I got to say hi to Sean, too!), and I never felt like just another number being pushed through the system. 10 out of 10, do recommend, would buy again.
